Poor cap design

Bottle itself is a good design and keeps cold but this is the 3rd top I’ve had to purchase. The plastic keeps on snapping off in the cap when I click the button to release

Great design!

Love the size and the convenience of the pop top for refilling. Just make sure the rubber rings stay in place or it will leak. Otherwise, no leaking at all and a well designed bottle for sure!

Broken mouthpiece covers

I love my Blossom Bliss 22 oz water bottle. I carry it everywhere. This is my second Ello bottle. My problem is the pop top feature that covers the mouthpiece has broken on both, and I need a replacement tops. Where can I get them without having to get another whole bottle?

Broken Lid Flap

Purchased on 12/02/25 and the flap lid already broke. I think I may have swallowed the broken piece since it fell into the bottle. Just ordered 2 replacement lids just incase. FUN TIMES!!!

This is a great water bottle.

It definitely keeps my water cold for several hours. And I actually find myself drinking more water than I usually do. And that’s a very good thing. I love the fact that the lid locks and it doesn’t even leak. It’s well built and solid. The internal state is an added bonus and benefit too.

Not durable at ALL

Bought two for my 5 and 6 year old. Plastic caps that keep water bottle "closed" both broke with minor drops. Weren't thrown or hit hard, simply fell off a table. Every child will drop their water bottle at least once. These broke the very first times each

Poor Quality

The lid is very poor quality. I don't even know how but my lid broke and it was unable to close. I didn't realize until it had already drenched my bag.

40 oz deserve cute prints too

I love the water bottles but I wish yall had the 40oz bottles included in the cute prints too. Its only 32 oz or lower that get the nice print and all brands are like that. I love my 40 oz its the perfect size for me and i know there are others like me.

Loved it at first

I work in elder care, and many of my clients have trouble drinking and staying hydrated, so I bought this to test for them. Loved it at first. Great for both sipping and chugging! But after the first time I washed it, the O ring stretched so much it now no longer seals correctly and the bottle leaks if not upright. I still use it, but have to be careful.

Beautiful but not made to last

Really pretty water bottles, my sister got them for my kids for Christmas, but the lid broke on all three already! Two fell out of backpack side pockets onto the floor (and my kids are only in K and 2 so they’re not that tall). One fell from the car seat onto the lined truck floor and broke. Was so disappointed!

I now own four of these and NOTE to manufacturer please make more colors of your gloss daisies, it is too cute to be limited to one color. Broken lid after 2 weeks

Bottle lid broke suddenly without any force or fall, after only 2 weeks of use. I cant seem to find a replacement lid. I do love the water bottle otherwise though

Broken lid

Bottle top broke very easily
Bottle only lasted 2 months. My 7 year old knocked it from her desk at school and the top/lid broke. Bottles can no longer be closed so unusable. Unfortunately accidental drops aren’t covered by the limited warranty. Very disappointed. I just copied from the lady below. Too bad you don’t have replacement tops.

Absolutely perfect

This has been the best water bottle I’ve ever had. It has every feature I wanted, and some that I didn’t know I wanted. I love all the color choices and the fact that it’s dishwasher safe is a huge bonus. It doesn’t spill at all, and keeps my water cold. The handle is great to hold and clip anything on, and the opening lid makes filling it more efficient and accessible....
