Another Fail
Sounds like a bad batch left the factory. I’ve loved it since I first started using it. Super fast pre-heat, and cooking was spot on, the air fry feature was the best I’ve had in a toaster oven. But now looks like I’m also on the train to another product fail. Five months in and the top heating elements stopped working. Takes nearly 10 minutes to heat up skinny lit...

Wonderful Edition To the Kitchen!!
Fantastic Unit our old one lasted from 2021 until 2025 before giving out. Hope this one last just as long or preferably longer. It has some great features and use it everyday. We got rid of our microwave and went with this type of unit going on 4 years.

I love this
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed air frying chicken thighs. I am still working on the toasting timing and baking timing. So far I really like it.

Worked great until…
I am going to be fair and give only 2 stars because the unit was great until it stopped working. Used it for a few months for various food items and it performed well. However, one day recently it just decided to stop turning on. I open the door and it beeps and the interior light turns on but none of the controls on the handle come up anymore.

Does not last part 2 years! Disgusting!
We are on our THIRD Ninja. I am disappointed and disgusted that the Ninja Air Fryer Oven does not last part 1 -1/2 years. The first died without warning. The 2nd one started making noise after it gets hot. Then it suddenly died last week. Unfortunately, I purchased another one but it's still in the box and I'm trying to find an Air fryer oven that will last!

Love!!!
Excellent in every way!! So many options and doesn't heat up the kitchen like my regular oven. Living in Florida this is a big plus for me!

Impressed with product
Wow this oven cooks fast, used probe for chicken done in 30 minutes. Toasts great, bakes quickly. Fans a bit noisy can accept that. Countertop space about 18” x 19” Happy with my choice.

Very functional
I just bought mine, It’s a really good product. Im just a little concern about the sound It is kinda loud for me compare to the other ones I had. Im not sure if that’s normal for this product or its just mine that has a loud sound?

Glad to beack to the single door model
Had a single door to start and then got the two door. Big mistake! Glad to be back with the single door. Easy to use and a much better version.

Loudest oven I have ever had
Loudest oven I have ever had. I had the flip version but wanted to upgrade, big mistake. This thing is so loud. Overall cooking is good but can't get over the noise. Now I am stuck with it because I can't return it.

Gorgeous and QUIET!!!
Have had for roughly a week and used 5 times. Baked potato, meatloaf, crescent rolls. VERY quiet compared to my previous non-Ninja air fryer oven. Not too hard to clean. Glad to have the probe thermometer but temp is “off.” Set for 155–when I checked “done” temp with another thermometer it was really only 135. But overall very pleased.

Good performance, but impossible to keep clean.
I purchased the DT551 oven in December and have used this on an almost daily basis. I am so far happy with its performance, however cleaning this oven is a chore at best. Cleaning the racks, broiler tray and air fry basket are easy. What is not easy and almost impossible is cleaning the inside of the oven especially after air frying as the splatter get all over the oven...
