This laptop is really fast. I found it easy to hook it up and add it to my wi-Fi and printer.
It’s easy to use for what I need.
I don’t do any gaming just basic stuff like office and emails.
It’s light weight I really like the keyboard and the looks of the laptop.

Good computer but the company sucks
I mistakenly bought this computer as a birthday gift instead of another one. This is a pretty good computer, so I have no complaints there, but when I asked the company to return this item. Which I only had for less than a day, they refused and directed me to take it in store. The only problem is that store is over 22 miles away!

Good computer but the company sucks

My 1st Lenovo
The Lenovo is fine, as expected. Windows 11 is a disaster. They hid the Settings button and there is no shut off Power button. That's crazy. Seems every time I power on the laptop, Microsoft tries to sell me something. Totally annoying.

Lenovo Replaced HP
My hard drive on my HP crashed. After spending time trying to problem-solve my HP, I ordered my LENOVO. It was easy to set up. I was able to recover my files, etc. because I regularly save documents on USB drives and my Seagate Plus Hub had my backup files.
