Excellent machine
I could not be happier. This laptop is driving 2 external monitors, a USB hub with 16 inputs, a Apogee external soundcard (recording studio), and is faster than a scalded cat! I use it as a desktop and rarely turn it off. It never gets bogged down and stays cool even when I'm pushing it. I would buy it again!

Performance tanked in less than a month
After about 3 weeks, this V15 G4 began taking well over a minute to be responsive if I had shut the lid even for a second. Chrome or Edge, on tabs that were already open or when opening a new tab. Could not navigate in email. Could not switch focus to any page other than the one that was open when the lid was shut, and nothing within that page responds. After about 1...

Battery life is not what is advertised
Brand new and battery lasts at most 4 hours. Wish I could turn off the touch pad when using a mouse too.

This is an upgradeto a similar unit bought 4 years ago. Needless to say I am quite pleased with all aspects of this laptop.
My only question, written and sent a couple of days ago, is why we do not get rewards points for a big purchase like this. If I want points, I better concentrate on used batteries and worn out ink cartridges.
