Excellent machine
I could not be happier. This laptop is driving 2 external monitors, a USB hub with 16 inputs, a Apogee external soundcard (recording studio), and is faster than a scalded cat! I use it as a desktop and rarely turn it off. It never gets bogged down and stays cool even when I'm pushing it. I would buy it again!

Performance tanked in less than a month
After about 3 weeks, this V15 G4 began taking well over a minute to be responsive if I had shut the lid even for a second. Chrome or Edge, on tabs that were already open or when opening a new tab. Could not navigate in email. Could not switch focus to any page other than the one that was open when the lid was shut, and nothing within that page responds. After about 1...

Not a good quality
Disappointed. Should have returned it within the window of return. Super, super bad sound quality. I have very good hearing but had a hard time with the sound as it didn't turn up very loud. Finally installed software for sound boosting. That increased the volume but the sound itself has a tin like quality to it. Also, there is no way to get rid of log in method. I don'...

laptop for work and creativity
So far, am impressed with all the online support that has the extra edge of detecting what you need help with. For sure, need to connect into WiFi for that. Runs cool (but has a fan when needed). So far, battery is working fine. NB: Warranty on battery is only for a few months so may need to stay on top of that.

Not so hot!
Quite disappointed. Paid 500 for chintzy and slow laptop.
Can't believe full price is over 800. That's a joke. Never owned a Lenovo before and NEVER will again.Disgusted. How dare them sell such junk!

Lenovo Laptop
I like the laptop although miss having backlit keys. The only thing I don't like is the McKaffee software which was difficult to uninstall---had to uninstall both McKaffee programs plus go to their website and use a McKaffee software removal tool. Then got pop-ups and traced it down to a PC App which I also had to uninstall. Otherwise, very satisfied with this laptop...

Response is Great. Resolution is Not Great.
I love Lenovo products in general,
But this one has 2 cons I really dislike.
1. No backlit keyboard light.
2. Screen resolution is not great - even when on brightest.
It has like a matte screen, and very not flashy screen.
Pros:
Quick processor-Quick responses.
Good performance.
Sturdy build.
Good battery.
But for me, those cons overweigh.
