Incompatible or counterfeit?
Not compatible with my P-touch machine. I don't know if this is an official replacement part, or if I got a counterfeit version, but there are holes in the back of each cassette and the cassettes in this box are missing a hole. As a result, the P-touch machine does not recognize that a cassette has been inserted and refuses to print.

Dreadful
The resupply process for store stock is a shambles and the online order process was a nightmare. Eventually, I was provided with a partial refund for my trouble. If there were competative retailers available, I would probably take my business there next time.

I like everything about the label tape except it could be a little more sticky. Doesn't still the best to fabrics.

Confusing online descriptions of tape sizes and types
The tape is fine however I thought I ordered a basic laminated style..The price seemed much more expensive but I needed it for a project. When it arrived I saw that it is a heavy duty tape definitely not needed for labeling storage boxes. The short online descriptions omit important details needed to make a purchase decision and the online photo doesn't depict it ...

Oh Brother…what a deal!
The Brother TZ-ES231 Label maker works just as well as advertised! Does a superb and fast job! Best label maker I’ve ever used!
