Disappointed
I was hoping these would be as great as my OPEN RUN, they are not. I cannot answer the phone with them, as I can with my OPEN RUN, a great disappointment. The tap/ double tap is not working. Volume is easy to adjust. So I must still fumble with the phone to accept the call. Listening to an audio book is nice, sound quality is wonderful. I will continue to use my OPEN RU...

I use them every day to go on my walks and battery life is amazing. I received them two weeks ago and I have only charged them once.

Everything is great, but they don't have ANC, which should be expected with open ear headphones.

Left ear doesn't always work.
I love the feel and the sound, but the left earbud sometimes won't work. I've tried resetting and recharging, but can't figure out the cause. Sometimes it works great.

Not if you sweat
A lot of folks in the running group swear by these- but they must not sweat. By mile 6 these short out, stop working, advance on their own. Really frustrating and disappointing.
If you don’t sweat or you’re not going far- these may work well for you.

Great for work and play!
Have 2 sets now and will be 3 when wife’s birthday comes around. Great at work! I listen to music all day and open ear lets me still be available for questions.

Open Ear
Very light weight and comfortable. Sound is excellent. Controls take a little bit to get used to but easy to use overall. Highly recommend this product.

They’re okay if you don’t use them
I recently bought these as a reward for training for another race and was really disappointed. They don’t feel secure, half the time they don't actually charge and the touch area is iffy. Trying to decide if I just got a bad batch or if they’re actually just that bad.

The beep in your ear
The beep in your ear when you need to turn it on or off is way too painful. I can’t take it. Also, my ears are on the smaller side and they don’t fit very well. I put them on for two minutes and couldn’t tolerate the beeping noise. How can I return them?

Travel companions
I keep these Shokz in my backpack for all my traveling…. I’m mot an audiophile, but rhe sound is great…l wear them in the gym, and on walks & bike rides outdoors…the fit is secure. Only complaint is that they took a little time to connect w/my IPhone 15…
