doesn't work with LabelWriter 550
Just got the machine, doesn't recognize the label. Can't find the label type in Dymo Connect. Search all over the internet and still no solution.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.
LabelWriter 5 series printers are only compatible with all DYMO Labels manufactured after April 2020. Your labels are compatible with the LabelWriter 5 series if:
1. the packaging is blue, and there are two black dots next to the barcode.
OR
2. the packaging is green
If you do not have the box anymore, please check the core of the labels. If there is the DYMO logo inside, the labels are compatible with the LabelWriter 5 series

No Label on MAC
I have a mac, there is no template for this to work.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you are printing from the DYMO Connect Software, please click on NEW and select your label under Label Type. If you are printing from the DYMO Label Software, please click on Labels and select your label template from there.
