Très bon produit.
Facile à configurer. Un peu bruyante mais ce n’est pas un problème. Epson est reconnu pour la qualité de ses produits. En ce qui concerne l’impression à partir d’un iPhone, on ne peut pas formater le résultats, mais ce n’est une raison pour ne pas l’acheter. En résumé: très bon produit.

Worst printer I have ever purchased !
Worst printer I have ever purchased! Continuously hangs up, no matter how many times we update the firmware. Paper feeds poorly resulting in jams. Rarely connects to in-home laptops.

I like the tank system
I bought on sale at a good price I like the tank system as it is cost effective.I had an Epson tank system since 2019. So I bought again as the old started to leak and colour was getting poor.

Très bon produit.

Epson 2980 tank printer
Appears to be of good quality and does what I want it to. It is quiet and prints well. Color is good and the tank ink set up is in my opinion better than the ink cartridges

Staples LIed to me.
Was told printers were no longer windows 10 compatible. THAT WAS A LIE!!! AFter buying new equipment, the printer i bought couldn't scan..took everything back and will never buy another thing from staples again, unless it is a pen which i know will work.

Not like my last Epson
I can use it, but disappointed in a few features. Amazed they didn’t print icons on the front panel in white. It’s bad enough the screen is so tiny that you better have your readers handy. Have to admit other reviewers warned about this. The printer tray doesn’t retract when you shut it down- just awkward using up space.

I don’t understand why all of the negative online reviews of this printer. I was hesitant to buy it based off what I read. Not compatible with WIFI 7
Printer does not work well with WIFI 7. I can not print wireless and needed to add USB cable and hock my laptop up to the printer in order to print. I have spoken with the staples help desk many times.

A headache to use
This has to be the worst printer I have ever owned. That is not because it doesn't turn out a good product, but mainly because it is so computer software dependent, and that often fails. Wi-fi connectivity is terrible. I can print with Wi-fi, and I can scan using the Windows Scan software I downloaded from the Microsoft Store. But Epson's own software can't find the sca...

Easy set up, great print quality!
I had no problem setting up my new printer and loading the ink bottles. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The install instructions run on an iPad or iPhone and make the process easier. I loaded the drivers on my laptop, also with no problems.
