Awesome printer!
This printer was suggested to me by someone in the IT field, and I'm so glad I took his suggestion and ran with it. I love this printer! It's easy to set up, easy to fill, and after printing a good deal, the ink looks like it barely moved from the fill line. No more ink cartridges for me! It also prints beautifully.

Garbage printer
This printer only works 1/2 the time. It's a piece of garbage. Stick with HP. There is always some problem with the firmware and needing an update -- it does nothing automatically and it's impossible to find the right software to get it working again. I hate this printer and I wish I would have salvaged my HP.

Once the printer is set up it works okay. Trouble setting up because of teeny tiny LED screen. I had to use a magnifying glass to read the screen! Whoever designed that should be fired! It is ridiculous!

Had this a week and no problems---To install on the phone was a snap, but to ALSO install on a desktop computer took time, as you had to go through a lot of steps to get it installed, which also took almost 30 minutes.--Anyway I have this now installed on 2 phones and 2 desktop computers

Great printer … I had help setting it up but it went smoothly.
I especially like it because it is easy to use..great for non technical people. Once it’s set up, there is nothing that can go wrong. I bought the 4 year technical support product and that will be used and well worth it!!

Replacement for my aged E-T 2750. Setup with my local wireless network was simple. Only complaint is the LCD screen is pretty small when entering router info.

The phone app is adequate but I have found scanner settings are difficult. The tiny status window on the front is ok for initial set up only but otherwise useless in my opinion

Easy To Set Up and Use
Printer was easy to set up and use. This was the first time that I had used a printer where you put the ink in. It took a few to set up through my phone but nothing that I would consider over the top. Pictures printed perfectly within reasonable time. Exactly what I needed!

incomplete setup
hard to setup, my guess is that because it prints so lite the scanner will not read, so it keeps failing the Alinement step. So never finish setup.

An excellent printer, fast, silent and great quality. Their claim of printing 8000+ b&w pages is extremely doubtful. Start and check alone took 1/4 bottle! Setting it up was difficult. The download Epston driver did not do a complete job. The printer itself had to download part of it to make the whole thing work.

Nice home printer
I use a high end printer on a daily basis for our home business, so I was hesitant on how well this one would work. Setup was easy and it prints nicely. Will use for basic printing from here on out.

Love!
I love this printer! It’s so easy to setup and easy to use. I like that the ink reservoirs are simple to fill and visible. I’ve used this printer via Bluetooth without issue numerous times. I made a colorful Disney countdown that my kids loved. I attempted to add a short video but it would not load via Influenster :(
