Buy online picked up in store super fast and easy
Great experience. Did a HP laptop buy online and pick up in store Largo Florida store. Placed on the Staples app super quickly and got notification email it was ready to be picked up in 20 minutes. Went to the store that afternoon and picked it up in less than 2 minutes. Great customer experience!

Junk
The windows crashed on me and throwing it away going to Apple and HP is trash and my last. HP Support will give you the run around for nine times for me. Staples sell junk stay away. The sell outdated computers.

This is about my 7th Hp computer. I just purchased it 10/7/25 and found the battery is only lasting 4to 5 hours

Excellent product!!
The laptop was easy to set up and it's so much faster than my 12-yr-old Toshiba. Jasmine at Staples was great. Very helpful & answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this product.

HP 15.6" LED Laptop
This computer was just what I was looking for. I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 so I wanted something comparable to my Windows 10 I have had for the last several years. Connor the salesman at the Smithfield branch was extremely knowledgeable of the product and helped me make the best decision to meet my needs

low end basic laptop that's working fine with win 11
For our 90 year old mom who had to update her computer because of Microsoft Win 11. She's not gaming (LOL) so only needed a basic laptop. Set up quickly and so far is working fine.

A little different than my other laptop but I'm ad
The laptop is nice. Buttons are larger so it is easier for a senior citizen to use. I should have chosen a smaller than 17" laptop but I'm satisfied with it as I don't move it from my desktop.

Seems to be s great computer
