Works great!
The laptop works great for my needs. The keyboard has a texture I’m not a fan of, but a $7 keyboard cover resolved the issue.

Not recieved warranty extension and antivirus
It's been more than a month that I bought the laptop and Additional 2 Year warranty + 3 Year Accidental Damage Protection + 3 Year Protegent Antivirus.
But neither have I got the warranty extension nor the antivirus.
Poor experience with HP as I have been a loyal HP customer since 2008 and never experienced this.

HP laptop
8GB RAM and 256GB disk capacity would be very restrictive for anything else than email and shopping. Definitely not for today's kids with their gaming needs.

Great bang for buck
When setting up laptop, set up as "local account" (offline account, no email needed). Avoid setting up as "Online account". Laptop runs faster on Local/Offline account setup. Good computer
A lightweight, good, and fast computer - missing a lighted keyboard and an Ethernet connection. As for setup - as with most computers the ads, subscription offers, and preloaded junk make setup always annoying.

Bad bluetooth connection when hands on keyboard
At this moment in time the only issue I have with this hp laptop is that the bluetooth connection is really bad when your hand is on the keyboard or just in front of the laptop in general. The connection will cut in and out in an instant and can become extremely annoying. Will update in future if more issues appear.

Good quality build
Bought to replace an old Dell laptop which couldn't upgrade to W11. Reviewed the market and this seemed as good as anything else out there, so took the plunge. Compact size and quite light by comparison. It's performing well so far.

Help with new laptop
Like the size Very different than my old one. Our IT man suggested since my old one was HP.

Disappointed - Not up to HP Standards
I have had positive experiences with past HPs but am disappointed with this one. This laptop's build (mostly flimsy plastic) feels and looks cheap. The left touchpad and several of the keys stick. AFFORDABLE AND FAST
Affordable and fast. This is customizable by HP and I upgraded the RAM to 16GB and the video screen to 300 nits. The PCMover program was simple and moved everything pretty fast.
