Good laptop, but difficult to setup
It was not an easy set up. We had to have help and it actually took our help about 4 hours. One problem is that not all the pictures were transferred . But now it seems to operate well. But why do I see an upgrade suggested? We bought it to be Windows 11 since the old one, which was windows 10, could not be switched over to 11.

I bought this laptop to replace an old HP one which still worked but was ageing and I have been happy with both of them. Battery sucks
the battery has not lasted past 4 hours. Far shy of the 9.5 hours advertised. Other than that works well for a budget PC
