Great item - not for me
This is a fantastic item, however would not meet my need with a certain file I use often. I got some helps from HP tech and we could not figure out why the problem was happening. The only thing was the graphics did not have the resources to run the app fully. So, I went with a Pro Book which exceeded the resources of the Omni book. My only regret is returning this and n...

Came away smiling!
I am very happy with this model and I would certainly recommend it tp anyone needing a 15 inch screen. I doubt I will use the flip feature much but it's a nice feature to have. Customer service was excellent!

Excellent choice
The laptop came fast and was packaged beautifully. I had no trouble with setup. I like the touchscreen. This was an excellent value as $300 less than Intel Ultra 7 that I didn't need.

Almost perfect for me. Beautiful, elegant, powerful and all that was advertised. Presentation case is also impressive to me for the professional and elegant look. Great Computer
Personnel at Staples was very helpful in selecting my new computer. I told them what I was looking for and they guided me in the right direction. They took care of transferring everything from my old Toshiba Windows 10 to the new one. There's a little learning curve with Windows 11 but it's easier than I thought.

Solid Laptop
I purchased this laptop for nursing school. So far it has had a great battery life, very portable, and the screen is crisp, vibrant, and reactive. The intel i7 processor keeps things running smoothly and so far running multiple programs at once has not caused an issue. Great choice for a student!

How Have I Gotten his Far in Life Without This?

Awesome system!
I’ve been a satisfied HP Customer for many decades. Great customer service and products. I did some technical research and decided to finally purchase a newer higher-end 2 in 1 laptop. (I waited until it went on sale.) It’s been an awesome system so far!

Disappointed
To be honest, the laptop has already gotten stuck a few times. Unfortunately, I am out of the country and don't have access to USPS to return it.
Overall, very disappointed with the purchase.
