Specs look incredible. Real-world performance is disappointing. This laptop is slower than my old LG with 8GB RAM. HP aggressively throttles the CPU and prioritizes battery life over responsiveness. Lots of bloat, locked-down system tools, and a generally laggy experience. Would not buy again -- this or any other HP.

Staples delivery is crap!!
Ordered 2 expensive laptops and only got, you guessed it, ONE???? Staples is saying well we delivered it. Hmmmm who has more or a reason to lie? Handicapped man or the 20 something who probably stole it.I'm a 55 yo man who wants to bless his son for being there for me. Stayed with me to make sureI didn't lose my house. Will love when/if I ever get it figured out.
I've had my granddaughter set it up; however, it is very different than my HP Envy I'm replacing. I haven't used it enough to give honest review. I do miss having the number on right side of keyboard.

Nice by slow
My 1st Window's Machine is many years. Works well, but seems a little sluggish and slow. The rest of the design, moving between a lap top and a tablet works well.

Had to get a replacement for my old computer quickly
Most everything is great except the visual recognition doesn’t work (I have to keep re-starting it) and I can’t figure out how to play a DVD on an external DVD Player

Extremely Satisfied Customer!
Caught an exceptional deal with significant upgrades making this Ominibook Ultra 7, 2 in 1 more cost effective than any other in it's class! Some upgrades were simply not available from other providers. Set-up was extremely easy; pulled configs from previous desktop making the transfer of data fast and efficient! Not sure if I'll ever settle for less than 2880 X 1800...

Upgraded after 10+ years on an HP Pavillion
I like the true AI integration and set up was easy getting all my apps/programs synced up. Have not really used the stylus much but "nice to have". Smooth and fast thus far.

I am very happy with this model and I would certainly recommend it tp anyone needing a 15 inch screen. I doubt I will use the flip feature much but it's a nice feature to have. Customer service was excellent!

The laptop came fast and was packaged beautifully. I had no trouble with setup. I like the touchscreen. This was an excellent value as $300 less than Intel Ultra 7 that I didn't need.
