Powerful enough & not too big

Good laptop. Good price. Great display with 100% RGB coverage. I should have opted for 32gig of RAM. Was disappointed that I missed the absence of a numeric keypad.

Laptop successor
It does things better than my old laptop where it has the vent on the left side and it having a louder than necessary noise, yeah I can clean out the vent thing and I have tried to pry open the thing, but I couldn’t get it to open. So I had to retire it.

So far pretty good!
I like my new device even though I mill the number pad. Love the speed of how things load and run. Had one glitch where the OS crashed and could not repair. I had to recover using BitLocker and reload Windows and reinstall all my software. Not a fun day. I have created a restore point incase of this happening again.

Great, light flip laptop with high resolution touch display.
Great laptop with plenty of CPU resources even with Mcafee running. The touch screen display is great at 3K resolution.

Specs look incredible. Real-world performance is disappointing. This laptop is slower than my old LG with 8GB RAM. HP aggressively throttles the CPU and prioritizes battery life over responsiveness. Lots of bloat, locked-down system tools, and a generally laggy experience. Would not buy again -- this or any other HP.

Staples delivery is crap!!
Ordered 2 expensive laptops and only got, you guessed it, ONE???? Staples is saying well we delivered it. Hmmmm who has more or a reason to lie?
