Great backpack!
Much roomier than expected. Purchased for my 1st grader. Big, but plenty of room to grow and it fits her with adjustments. Zippers work great and there are plenty of storage pockets. Especially happy with the exterior water bottle pouch - it’s the perfect size, without having to fight to get the bottle in and out. Delivery was timely. Happy with this purchase.

We loved it, then it broke
We really loved this backpack. We had purchased a recycled bag from another company and it immediately started falling apart. We got this one about 6 weeks ago and it has been very hardy and functional for my 4th grader but today as we were getting in a train, the strap came unsewn making it unusable. (She can't carry it on one shoulder for long.) It's a huge bummer. No...
