Horrible Customer Service
Called the number after my order was placed on hold. NO additional information on what to do, NO call back within 24 hours (it has already been 48 hours) and I need a laptop within a week. It originally said it would be delivered May 28th, and it is already May 29th now.

FYI... Just bought this computer May 2025. Yes, the description is goofy. This DOES HAVE the faster chip 285H & WiFi7 802.11be. Asus model series S5606, besides the RAM difference, is just like model S5606CA-DS99. The 2.8K display, which is the perfect blend, looks fantastic. Thx. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Horrible Customer Service
Called the number after my order was placed on hold. NO additional information on what to do, NO call back within 24 hours (it has already been 48 hours) and I need a laptop within a week. It originally said it would be delivered May 28th, and it is already May 29th now.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service offshore who hardly speak English. Don't know about the product because they changed the delivery date without explanation and the laptop has still not shipped without any explanation. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM STAPLES EVER AGAIN
