poor screen quality
1) screen not as sharp as my 12 year old mac. 2) to many popups in windows 3) very slow to react to search 4) very slow to react app requests. I will return this machine, bight the bullet and buy another mac

I like that it weighs less than my old computer. I like that the backlit keyboard has 3 levels of brightness. I also like that it has more memory, because I broadcast to my TV screen which involves a need for it. I hear nothing impressive from the speakers. Surprisingly fast
Seems like a nice laptop. Note: it require charging the battery for 4 hr before it would start. Window update required a day to complete.

Difficulty with software
I tried repeatedly to get the microphone to work with Teams or Zoom but was never able to get it to work. So i traded it in for a Lenovo

ASUS VIVO BOOK
It's an upgrade with processor, backlit keyboard and ram, and feel the speed difference. Easy setup, have your Microsoft account ready, and print driver to help speed the process. Most of time spent is having the pc update drivers out of the box.
