Difficulty with software
I tried repeatedly to get the microphone to work with Teams or Zoom but was never able to get it to work. So i traded it in for a Lenovo

Don’t Buy From Here Bc It’s Cheap. Not Worth It
Not my favorite. The laptop is always glitching. Sometimes, the screen doesn’t work and it doesn’t turn on and other times the keyboard doesn’t work and I have to shut down the laptop for the keyboard to reconnect. Many time the mouse refuses to work and the screen completely freezes over.

Horrible laptop
Bought this laptop for work and the Laptop is horrible. I’ve had it for 5 months, touchpad doesn’t work correctly and will click things randomly. Computer loads things really slow. Just letting people know so they don’t make the same mistake I did

better laptop
I am enjoying the better laptop than my older ones. It's much faster loading apps and web pages because I selected 16gb RAM. Windows 11 was not as daunting to learn as I feared.

ASUS Vivobook
Just started using the ASUS Vivobook 15 FHD 15.6 Laptop, Intel Core 5 120U, 16GB RAM, 512 GB ... At this point I am extremely happy. Very easy to set-up and use. Very quick in everything I have done so far. Hooked up to a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and large monitor. Evrything has been awesome. I would recommend.

I like that it weighs less than my old computer. I like that the backlit keyboard has 3 levels of brightness. I also like that it has more memory, because I broadcast to my TV screen which involves a need for it. I hear nothing impressive from the speakers.
