Poor quality for price
I bought the bag at the beginning of August. It is now Dec 19, just over 4 months, and all 4 straps are tearing along the seam near where they attach to the bag. Handle also starting to separate where finishing steps were attached to hide a seam.
That consistency across all straps shows poor design/construction. I use it daily for work carrying a computer and papers ...

Handles ripped within a month
I use this for school, so it has about a laptop, note pad, and pencil case. and it was already damaged. Can't return it because I bought it mid august and didnt use it until mid september and warranty was up.
