To resolve this, ensure the keyboard is charged and paired successfully. In Windows, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices, ensure Bluetooth is on, select Add device, and choose your keyboard from the list. If the issue persists, update your Bluetooth drivers. To resolve this, ensure you have configured the second screen correctly inside the Display Properties, the most current graphics driver was installed and it was connected securely.
