Disappointing Quality and Waste of Time
JBL earbuds failed in 3–4 months — right earbud nearly silent, left works. Hours wasted troubleshooting a defective product, and they make you pay for the return. This is profit over quality: poor reliability, corner-cutting, and zero respect for your time. Don’t buy — it’s a total rip-off.

Below my expectations From the brand
The case and the EarPods are too light, the design is difficult to get the EarPids out of the case, takes too long to connect, not easy to use as it doesn’t respond to the tapping promptly, the fall off my ear constantly. OK for the price i guess
Sound is good
Noise cancelling average
Fit is awkward for me, but still usable
Right ear bud charges very slow unless the box is open - go figure
buttons are way way too sensitive and in problematic locations

Sound is decent. Everytime you try to adjust one of the buds if they're about to fall out of your ear or not sitting right, it changes the mode. "**AWARENESS MODE ON**" "**NOISE CANCELLING ON**" You canNOT get your fingers near them without this happening. Go to change it the app? Then there is no option for touch to change the modes. Pretty good
Fit and stay in my ears great. Sound quality is fantastic. Doesn't filter out background noise at all during phone calls but honestly have yet to hear from anyone that there's a pair of wireless earbuds that do.

I bought this a month ago and I think there are major improvements to the old JBL Tune Flex design. The charging issue seems to be solved, and the audio is playing at the same level in both buds. Amazing color and sound quality is crazy good!
My wife bought me these for Christmas, I can't use them yet. However, JBL's brand is fantastic with the quality of their speakers and earbuds! So I already know these will be amazing and can't wait to start using them!

Thank you for your feedback. For your JBL Tune Flex 2 give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend trying other provided eartip sizes. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Also, please check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us.

These headphones CONSTANTLY fall out of your ears and always at the worst time. When you touch the headphone to push it back in your ears, the touch capabilities are triggered. Unfortunately the charging case doesnt work
I just bought 2 flex 2 and one of them has some problems with the charging case. JBL assistant promised me they would replace with a new one

Disappointed
After using the original tune flex, I decided to upgrade. However the audio is extremely quiet compared, and the noise cancellation seems worse somehow? Save yourself some money and avoid these

Are not noise cancelling
They don’t cancel noise. At all. I have changed the ear bits and even at volume on the highest level I can still hear everything

Not Great
I bought these to replace my black Tune Flex original ear buds I lost. I bought the Tune Flex 2 because of the additional color options and they were on sale. So far, I am unimpressed by the sound quality. The "noise canceling" and "ambient aware" features are not as good as the Tune Flex 1.
