Just bought these so totally clean and settings are all proper and still the max volume is so low!

Sound is decent. Everytime you try to adjust one of the buds if they're about to fall out of your ear or not sitting right, it changes the mode. "**AWARENESS MODE ON**" "**NOISE CANCELLING ON**" You canNOT get your fingers near them without this happening. Go to change it the app? Then there is no option for touch to change the modes. Great Improvements
I bought this a month ago and I think there are major improvements to the old JBL Tune Flex design. The charging issue seems to be solved, and the audio is playing at the same level in both buds. Amazing color and sound quality is crazy good!
My wife bought me these for Christmas, I can't use them yet. However, JBL's brand is fantastic with the quality of their speakers and earbuds! So I already know these will be amazing and can't wait to start using them!

Thank you for your feedback. For your JBL Tune Flex 2 give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend trying other provided eartip sizes. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Also, please check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us.

Awful
These headphones CONSTANTLY fall out of your ears and always at the worst time. When you touch the headphone to push it back in your ears, the touch capabilities are triggered. Unfortunately the charging case doesnt work
I just bought 2 flex 2 and one of them has some problems with the charging case. JBL assistant promised me they would replace with a new one

Disappointed
After using the original tune flex, I decided to upgrade. However the audio is extremely quiet compared, and the noise cancellation seems worse somehow? Save yourself some money and avoid these

Are not noise cancelling
They don’t cancel noise. At all. I have changed the ear bits and even at volume on the highest level I can still hear everything

Not Great
I bought these to replace my black Tune Flex original ear buds I lost. I bought the Tune Flex 2 because of the additional color options and they were on sale. So far, I am unimpressed by the sound quality. The "noise canceling" and "ambient aware" features are not as good as the Tune Flex 1.

Excellent value and quality
Very impressed with these ear buds. I don't like the standard round seal bud style.
1. I want to hear things around me, and often wear them at work where I regularly need to have conversations with people, so I don't want a total seal to block everything out around me

Pieces of junk
I got these as a gift a month ago and not even 2 days into having them, the left one doesn’t even turn on half the time. The battery life on them is pitiful and the contact points are very picky. The noise canceling is almost louder than the base ambient aware mode. I had the tune flex 1’s and they served me for a year and a half. I don’t think I will ever get anything ...

Why this shape!? OUCH
I've been a big fan of JBL earbuds for a long time. The bass is pretty good but NOTHING can fix the weird and painful shape of these buds. With all tips, I find the inside of my ear getting cut or bruised from the shape and width. People with small ear canals, please beware! I recommend the old earbud style.

Not worth it
These do not fit my ears properly and fall out all the time. They sound alright when they actually decide to charge, but one often doesn't charge fully. When you do try to charge them they often stay connected even though they are enclosed in the case
