Love These Earbuds!
Great bang for the buck. These earbuds sound great, are easy to pair and are very comfortable. I had a pair of Dre Beats Studio buds before this, which are not cheap. I only used them a few times before they stopped working for no reason. These JBL earbuds work way better for much less. It also has an app where you can customize the sound. Love them

Love These Earbuds!

Need better instructions for 1st time use
It took me a while to figure out first time use - there’s a sticker on each ear piece that needs to be peeled off and this is not stated in any of the user guides . Once I figured that out, they work great!

They are fine. Just some features are super annoying. Half the features don’t work when you are only using one headphone like the noise cancelling so there is like a weird static sound that is louder than the environment. Once on headphone shuts off you can’t turn it on without the case, like why wouldnt you have a way to turn it on?! They are pretty lightweight not sur...

Good sounds
I was amazed it doesnt hurt my ears some bluetooth when i used to 30mins my ears hurt because of the heat of the earbuds. This works for me the whole day. Nice and lightly and u cant hear much of outside just ur music aounds you are hearing. I like it at night makes me sleep well. Sounds good and crisps and clear. Sain nämä joululahjaksi ja ne ovat olleet käytössä noin 3 kuukautta.
Äänenlaatu on ollut hyvä, ne ovat helppokäyttöiset ja pysyvät hyvin korvissa, jos ei hikoile paljon. Plussaa myös siitä, että värejä on useita tarjolla.
Yksi kuuloke on kuitenkin tippunut pari kertaa, ja sen jälkeen se on alkanut katkaista ääntä. Joudun yhdistämään sen uudelleen useita kertoja. Välillä...

Great sound quality, poor features.
Bought these to replace the tws 200 and I’m not happy with them. For two reasons. When they connect there is a constant white noise in the background that is very distracting. Second the touch feature is very poor and I have to hit it several times to answer calls, stop music, or hang up. The sound quality for music is way better but the two drawbacks make it less desir...

For the white noise in the background and if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) , please try turning the EQ off. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may try to connect the earbuds to a different source device. Best Earbuds Ever!
I bought these back in August before school and I absolutely love them! Prefect fit, great bass, great sound quality; essentially, they're the best earbuds I've ever had and will ever need.

Unfortunately unusable for me
The sound is good, and the gestures work delightfully well. The fit isn't very good, you really have to wiggle them in to get it right. The biggest problem is that when anything - such as long hair, bigger earrings, a hat or a scarf - touches the surface of the earphones, it makes an unbearable sound right in your ear and this makes these unusable for me in the winter. ...

Love them
I love JBL’s line of speakers, headphones and earbuds. I used to be strictly Bose or Apple but honestly, JBL is playing with the big dogs. I can’t say anything negative about the earbuds I purchased.

Works great, minor case issue
The tap left/tap right instructions are clear, everything works. The noise cancelling makes podcast listening in a noisy mall work much better. Maybe this is a septuagenarian issue -- the case won't open farther than vertical, and it's difficult -- not enough room for fingers -- to get a grip on the buds to simply pull them out of the case.
