Unfortunately unusable for me
The sound is good, and the gestures work delightfully well. The fit isn't very good, you really have to wiggle them in to get it right. The biggest problem is that when anything - such as long hair, bigger earrings, a hat or a scarf - touches the surface of the earphones, it makes an unbearable sound right in your ear and this makes these unusable for me in the winter. ...

Love them
I love JBL’s line of speakers, headphones and earbuds. I used to be strictly Bose or Apple but honestly, JBL is playing with the big dogs. I can’t say anything negative about the earbuds I purchased.

Works great, minor case issue
The tap left/tap right instructions are clear, everything works. The noise cancelling makes podcast listening in a noisy mall work much better. Maybe this is a septuagenarian issue -- the case won't open farther than vertical, and it's difficult -- not enough room for fingers -- to get a grip on the buds to simply pull them out of the case. Don’t waste your money
Other than decent fitment, these earbuds are trash. The buds don’t get loud enough at all and the “JBL bass” is basically non existent. ANC is worthless. If you turn it on then the person you are talking to will barely be able to hear you. Super disappointed. Do better JBl.

Sturdy
Bought these on sale. Noise cancelation is great, audio quality is fantastic. I accidentally ran them through a full wash/dry laundry cycle because I forgot to take them out of my pocket. Seems like the microphone took a hit, but otherwise they're still working perfectly. I'm very impressed

Don't buy if you have small ears!
I bought these a few weeks ago and have been trying consistently to wear them- sitting at my desk, running, walking, etc. I have very small ears, and the ear buds just won't stay in. Survived a Bus
I bought this for my boyfriend and he is very clumsy. So when he opened the box, the case flew out into the new york busy street. A bus went on top of the case and the whole force of a bus ran over the case... and it still works. My boyfriend has been using it for three weeks and nothing is wrong with it. The build quality is so good.

If the left earbud is blinking blue, please reset them by tapping either earbud three times, holding the third tap for 5 seconds until the earbuds turn off. Good fit. Disappointing sound quality. Lousy ANC.

Poor bass and ANC doesn’t work.
I’ve been using these a few days and found them pretty poor. First off, I can’t get any bass out of these without cranking the EQ in the app to extreme bass. Second, the ANC is not working at all. I don’t notice a difference with it on or off.

Decent if your not in a noisy area
Sound is clear but no where near as loud as I expected and the noise cancellation is almost nonexistent. I use these while mowing and can barely hear them over the mower. Far cry from my last set of AirPod pros
