Installation and setup was easy as pie
I've never been able to print from my Chromebook and now I can. Yeah!

Does not work
I got the refurbished version (on accident) and it does not work at all. they need to throw out this item. it crumples documents and envelopes and just all around is not a good product. No need to refurbish again- throw it out.
