Brother printer life span shortening
Machine died within 4 months of purchase, Brother Canada wanted to send me a refurbished. No thanks. Last Brother printer.

Happy consumer
Copies and prints faster than my older Brother Copier. It's also a little smaller and lighter. Glad that I checked the reviews of others who bought this.

Brother MFCL2820DW - Home MFC
Brother MFCL2820DW - Home MFC - This a good, basic home system. We had a Brother that was 10+ years old. We changed our router and the old was mated well. We figured it was time to replace it since it was probably not going age well any further.

You should have saved my MFC 7220
I would much prefer having been able to keep my MFC 7220 that worked unerringly for a decade, but is as I ride sitting curbside waiting for someone wanting a good quality reliable machine to use with Linux or Windows 10. This is thanks to Brother and Microsoft being unwilling to work with one another to preserve the drivers that Windows 11 will not install without break...

known circuit breaker issue, 15 amp power draw
Bought it today and on the first power up, circuit breaker tripped. Duplex printing on both sides when photocopying
I'm pleased with the features of this printer, except for the fact that it doesn't support duplex (printing on both sides of a sheet) when using the copy function. It does support it when printing a file from my PC.

Seriously? Delivered with no cables
The box arrived ... gets opened ... no cables (not even a power cable) and zero instructions (not even a website page for 'here are instructions'). Brother Multifunction Laser
I love this multifunction laser. It is quiet and quick printing. The scanning and copying are real conveniences. It was intuitive to setup and learn the functions. The only "problem" was getting used to a different way of doing actions. I was getting very disillusioned with my HP printer and it finally literally burned up.

Love it!
Got this model a couple months ago to replace my old Brother printer that was wearing out. I really like this new all in one duplex. The print quality is excellent, and so easy to use for printing, copying and scanning. Step up took only a couple minutes and was super easy to do. Easy to print from the Brother app on my phone or from my PC.

Printer +, clearing errors very difficult
Mostly I love the printer. However, the software connection has become increasingly unstable, creating many printer errors which freezes up the access to printing and requires many reboots of both computer and printer to clear the problem print job from the print queue. Were it not for that, it would be perfect!
