The unit arrived defective and doesn't work out of the box. Customer Support at Windmill is chat only and days behind. Staples to trying to help but so far I would have to say the experience has been a bust!

This window AC is a total game changer. It cools the room quickly, runs quietly, and keeps a consistent, comfortable temperature even on really hot days. Installation was easy, and it feels sturdy and reliable. Definitely worth it, highly recommend!

Amazing Service
The claim team is amazing and helped me greatly. The replacement unit is in place and created a quiet and cool space in our room over the garage! I could not be happier.

Awesome little window AC
I got the 6000 BTU version for a teenager’s small bedroom. The unit was great. Very easy to install. Looks sleek. Having it available through the app is a nice bonus. Plan to replace older, less efficient units with other Windmill ACs this coming summer

Perfect for my Sunroom

Quiet but powerful!

Love our ac!
We got this for our NYC apartment and love it. It came with everything we needed to set it up, and it looks as chic as an ac can in the window. It’s also well-insulated enough to stay up year-round, and of course it keeps the apartment nice and cool in the summer.

Great A/C
This A/C has been a great investment. It cools very well, runs quiet, although I like the white noise for sleep. I haven’t had any issues with it staying connected to WiFi and the app works great. I set up an automation for it to come on at a certain time of the evening and it works flawlessly. Overall great product!

It's a great AC

Fantastic Product
As a Coloradan, migrating to New York City five years ago was... sticky. Pretty sure I’d never experienced heat, humidity—ALL of it like it was in NYC. And to top it off, he’s a hot sleeper!!
