F4 Error Code
The unit arrived defective and doesn't work out of the box. Customer Support at Windmill is chat only and days behind. Staples to trying to help but so far I would have to say the experience has been a bust!

The BEST and easiest AC I’ve ever installed!

trying something different
I saw this AC on a news site, and thought it sounded like a great little machine. Now that I have one in my window I can report the Windmill is quiet, easy to control, and keeps my rooms nice and cool. No more roaring when the compressor kicks in. I love it!

Great customer service!
The AC saved me money this year which was already great but it started to make an odd noise and I was sent a new one no questions asked. Just really great customer service all around.

Thoughtfully designed and great customer service
The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video size...

Wonderful service at Windmilair!
Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

Wonderful AC - quiet, very effective, reliable and looks very nice too!
The design of the WindMill air conditioner is advanced , leading to a quiet- running, highly effective system. The visual presentation is also very nice .It is a very reliable system - highly recommend.Customer Service is wonderful be it for setting up the AC out of the box or getting replacement air filters- thank you

This is a very quiet A/C and I'm surprised that the major manufactures are not producing the same technology. It's so quiet that any little noise will make one wonder.
