F4 Error Code
The unit arrived defective and doesn't work out of the box. Customer Support at Windmill is chat only and days behind. Staples to trying to help but so far I would have to say the experience has been a bust!

Excellent AC!
Our windmill AC was a life (and sanity) saver this summer! It kept our home cool and was remarkably quiet for a window ac. Also want to thank Mike and his team for their quick responses when there was an issue with the first unit we were sent. They made what would normally be a stressful process very easy. Very happy with this purchase!

The whole package
Let’s face it, air conditioner’s are an eye sore. However, Windmill maybe the best looking of them all - it blends in quite well as you can see in the photo. They provide these adjustable side patches which block out air, and also serve to hide the ghastly side panels. Setup was straightforward, did it in 15min. Unit works well, quiet and cools my living room quickly.

Awesome Air Conditioner
We got this for our bedroom earlier this year because the one in our living room wasn't powerful enough to cool our room down the hall. This cooled our room so quickly, and it was much quieter than the one our apartment provided. Best window unit
Saved us from the Oklahoma heat this year when our central air went out. We currently have two units at the house and it cools those room down really well. Super easy to install!

Love these units!
These units treated us very well this past summer! We loved our first one so much, we got another. We'd love to eventually have central air in our row home, but in the meantime, having reliable units that are aesthetically-pleasing is a plus. And being able to monitor and control them from our phones is SO helpful, especially when our dogs are home alone.

Whisper quiet, cool as the other side of the pillow
I love my Windmill AC so much, I’ve purchased two more (one for the home office, one for the general downstairs) to keep my house cool during the summer and quiet enough to hear one another. Easy to install (and remove in the winter) with Bluetooth capability, I can cool the house down on my ride home from the gym or the beach. 100% satisfied customer!

Needs to replace the window A/C in a small bedroom and I chose Windmill for the easy installation. Happy I did. Si good we got two!
It’s chic. It’s efficient. And nothing makes me feel like I’m living the high life than turning on the ac from my phone on the way back from the beach over the summer. Truly one of the best things I’ve brought into my home.
