Great….to start
I loved this for the first two weeks…after that, despite the TDS meter reading 0, my water tasted metallic and fishy. As a note- my tap water does not taste like this, so the filter is certainly adding this taste to the water.
I had 2 extra filters that did the same thing. I have never had this issue with other water filtration devices and have switched back to Brit...

Love the water, but it leaks
We bough this about 2 months ago. It’s been leaking since the first time we filled it. I love the water, the filter works great. It just doesn’t matter what we do, we can’t get it to stop leaking. We can’t find any visible holes or cracks, it literally seems to be leaking at the seams. I would absolutely love it if there were no leaks.

Great tasting clean water

Zero water
I love zero water pitcher I’ve owned one for years then i seen where the new ones were new & improved no more pushing a button which was great for making my tea, but then a few weeks later i noticed it was leaking under the spout so I emptied it looked at it good didn’t see anything wrong i pushed on the spout to make sure it was in good which it was so i filled it back...

Works great, just doesn’t last very long!
We bought this a month ago and have went through 3 filters already. It seems like the water just stopped flowing and sits in the reservoir forever. I tried to hit it hoping the water would come out but end up changing the filter.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Don’t buy! Not usable
The filter is fine but the lid does not fit on the top, so the pitcher has to stay open and exposed 24/7. I do not recommend buying it. Unfortunately I’m unable to return it.

Capable filtration
Dispenser is plenty big and easy to refill. Spout is sturdy and doesn't leak, save for the occasional drip. Holds a lot of water. The meter doesn't fit very well in its base, so I test the water manually, but I'm used to doing that anyway. Overall worth the momey.

Water tester not working on the new unit
Brought the new filter to replace the 4 year old one from same company, but the tester will not turn on out of box. It has battery in them, just wont turn on

Pleasantly Surprised
Easy to assemble. No leaks. Pieces fit together perfectly. No imperfections. I love the larger size dispenser for my fridge. Because the water is cold, no need to use ice which is made directly from the tap.

Would be great if it worked
This this was amazing till it stops draining from the res to the tank. Squeezing the filter has 0 effects. New filter does the same thing. Very disappointing when I spent the money on this then new filters for it to not work. I don’t understand

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Totally disappointed!
The filters stop working after 2-3 weeks, and I have to take the filter out, squeeze it, and gently shake it to get to filter water again. After I did this with the first filter, the water had a very strong unbearable plastic taste. I tested the TDS with their meter that came the pitcher and it was reading 000. Filter problem on this model only
I have 2 pitchers with no complaints whatsoever. But the filter in this dspenser repeatedly gets airlocked. I have to either bang the device on the counter several times, or remove the filter to squeeze it. Shouldn't be like that.

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, the filter getting air locked like this is a common occurrence with a gravity fed filtration system. Unfortunately it is just somewhat the nature of the technology, generally if you put an inch of water in the reservoir and then grip the middle section of the filter with both hands and firmly squeeze the filter in a pumping action until you are completely certain that there is no more air coming out of the top of the filter this will solve the issue for the life of that filter. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Serious lacking in quality control
I had a zero water pitcher for years until I accidentally dropped it and broke it. I recently bought this new pitcher. It arrived with a leak in the tank. So I exchanged it for a second one, whose tank cracked within 2 weeks of use. I didn’t do anything except fill it with water. What happened to the product quality?

ZeroWater is the best!
I have been using ZeroWater for a few years now and would never change. Clean tasting water that never disappoints. Even my grandson said “your water tastes so good!” I agree!
