Defective lid lock
I received as a Xmas gift. First use the lid lock broke off. Lovely bowl flawed lid lock design. Plastic hinges are weak and will not support that type of use. Will break all the time.

Nice Salad Container

They're awesome - until they're not
This container is AWESOME - until it's not. i bought two of these salad bento boxes a little over a year ago. I do not use them often - honestly, MAYBE 3-4 times each over the past year. BOTH lids have broken, rendering them unusable!

The lids break easiily
We bought 2 of these containers a few months ago. They have been really convenient and great for my kids lunches. They are versatile and can be used for many meals, other than salad. I'm really disappointed because the clasps on the lid broke, and once this happens the containers become totally unusable.

Really good but flaws
I love this container. However, the lids are terrible. The sides of all my lids (the clips) have all broken. They do not offer replacement lids. Not sure what to do with these. They cannot be used now.

Bought 3 and they all broke
I bought this two pack, and the hinge that holds the lid in place broke. They sent me a new one, but that one broke too, as well as the other one in the original set. Very expensive and barely lasted a few months. Very frustrated

Want to love, but the lid is flawed and breaks
We want to love it, I used it a few time to bring salads and also for food storage without the top tray—but the sides of the lid pop off ALL the time and officially broke off and can no longer be used, and there’s no replacement parts for it. I won’t be getting a new one.

Lid broke in first week!
The lid hinges are not durable. Ours broke within the first week. It is also very difficult to find replacement lids for the salad containers.

Great for meal planning, but some function flaws
Sauce lids do not seal on their container inside. The pressure from the salad bowl lid keeps the contents from spilling, but it looks like a whole bunch of broken hinges have occurred.
Other than those flaws, it’s a nicely designed container that’s great for meal planning.

Broken Lid, before that it was Our Favorite
I loved this product until the lid broke like the others who have posted here, I threw away the lid because thought I could buy a replacement. I had another rectangular Bentgo glass container have the lid break as well, seems to be a problem with manufacturing or bad design.

The lid sucks
The lid tabs will break off and make it unusable. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was designed that way on purpose to get us to buy more lids.

Idk!!
I’m not sure if the issue is with the item I received or if it’s just how this product is made, but the inner compartments don’t fit properly. The pieces feel loose and keep shifting, which makes the lunchbox a bit inconvenient to use. I expected the compartments to lock in place, but they don’t sit securely at all.
