Works great before breaking
I bought the 2 pack from Costco months ago, and both lids had a bracket break upon unlocking. Never used in dishwasher. I have looked for replacement parts, but no. Great product for husbands lunches. Packs well. Would recommend even more so if they fix the quality on the brackets of the lid.

Dissapointed
I received the Bentgo 2-pack as a thoughtful birthday gift and was genuinely excited—especially given the brand’s strong reputation. Unfortunately, after just two months of light use, the lid on my lavender bowl cracked and broke. I was so disappointed, especially since I had been careful to handwash it and treat it gently.
