Terrible customer service
Terrible experience. False advertisement. It’s not bigger than other kids lunch boxes. After 9 years of using bentgo, I will no longer purchase any of their products.

Love must buy for a growing appetites
Absolutely love!!!! It’s got plenty of spaces for a variety of food without limiting the amount of food he gets!!!

Teach your kids to latch them!
This is a great lunchbox BUT, if you don't teach your kids to latch all of the latches and you have something in them that may leak, it will.

Great lunchbox!
Love it! We have the older box style as well and I prefer this one. A little easier to open and its compartments are bigger which is great as my daughter has gotten older and needs more food. Still fits great in the bento lunchbox.

Hard to close lid
It has 4 snaps and they are HARD to close specially for a younger kid! Love the space, it is definitely bigger than the bentgo kids and also lightweight so you can fit more food in it.

Good product. Terrible shipping time.
The box itself is nice. High quality and thick plastic. I do wish the tray was removable like the other boxes, but I knew that going in so it's not a huge deal. Shipping took forever and customer service was no help. I won't order directly from the website again.

Leaks
This is a great box however if you have fruit that has juice it will leak. Thats my only complaint.

Love
We bought the puppy love one for our 5 year old. She loves this lunchbox and so do we as parents! Leakproof and easy to clean. It’s been used close to 10 times and is holding up well. Please release more patterns/colorways in the style!

Great new design
Absolute love this new design. So much more room and this design is easier to clean. My only wish is for some plain color options (especially for the boy designs)

I love it!
