Double oven beast!
I love the double ovens. They work so well alone or together, which works well for me. Easy clean up too. Can cook the meats in the bottom and veggies on top. Very happy with this choice.

Jet engine
We are very disappointed in this. Our old air fryer cooked items very quickly and was quiet. This one takes forever to cook and is so loud it sounds like a jet engine taking off.

Super happy
I have purchased 3 different makes of the same things. Excellent for the single life.......
I really like this unit. It is very flexible with dual zone cooking and heating. I purchased this as a replacement to a Panasonic toaster/oven.
Pros: Ease of use. Good accessories (i.e. broiler pan, air fryer basket). I purchased the upgrade which is coated.
Cons: You have to move the crumb plate between ovens. I purchased a second to avoid drunken mistakes.

Disappointed not wide enough.
I received this today. Our ninja 10-in-1 XL is slowly dying as we use it daily. I thought this new ninja would be great.

Great for cooking for a small family
It is so much more versatile than the air frier single oven. I use it all summer cause it won't heat up the house. The taller oven lets me use more baking pans and dishes. I haven't used all the features yet. Only con is the wire rack is close to the bottom so it's a bit of a nuisance to pull the rack out.

Amazing product - where has it been my whole life?
I love this appliance. It speeds up my cooking time when I have my grandson - I don't have to heat up my big oven to make him chicken fingers or fish sticks, this oven preheats quickly and saves us time in the kitchen. I love being able to cook two different things at once!

I am glad I bought this on sale. I should have did more research, my fault. I thought both the top and bottom did the air crisp, only the bottom does. Also, the air fry basket is only 11x11, so not an xl size. I do like that it takes a lot less time to pre-heat the air fryer than my ninja outdoor grill.

No More Ninja Appliances
It is aright I made toast and it came out good. None of my cooking pan fit so I will have to buy pans that will. A BBC mpIt gets really hot and heats my kitchen like an oven. Yes my kitchen is small. You have to keep it facing forward to keep it stable, if you turn it slightly it will wobble. If I had someone to carry it to my car I would return it.

I think it’s a lot of work
You really have to read the directions to figure out how to use it. I bought it because it had the temperature prop. I was only able to get it to work once it only works in the bottom half. I wanted to use it on fish as well, but wasn’t able to find the code to get it to work. It should have a drop-down where you can put using the probe, but it does not give you that op...

Great results & easy healthy cooking
Since we bought the Ninja® DCT401C 12-in-1 Double Oven & have not turned on the main oven in the house since. We do not have A/C & it has been game changing with not heating the house up. I love the end results of everything we have made so far & it’s been a month.

I am a chef and I made a few recipies as they were written. I found the pork tenderloin over cooked and dry and the brusselsprouts not fully cooked. I could have done better on my own.

Great Machine
I have not used it daily but everything I have cooked so far has come out amazing. I love the double oven and being able to warm up or cook two things at once. The only thing I did not like but can deal with is I cooked something and it got stuck so I used cooking spray and now it was hard to clean and felt sticky but not something I can not live with.
