I bought this two weeks ago and absolutely love it!!! I have air fried chicken wings, chicken breasts, and pork chops. It is so user friendly to use and stores away in the cabinet so easy. I can’t wait to try more recipes!

Lemon unit and bad customer service
Like the idea but so far it seems I got a lemon unit. Over an hour on the phone to get a replacement sent but only when I ship back the broken unit. So my Christmas present is now 2-3 weeks delayed. Not happy so far, will update.

Love the Glass
Love this! It is easy to clean. Only thing I would change is the metal tray in the bottom of the dish. I'm afraid that I am getting plastic bits off of it into my food.

Horrible customer service and delivery
I ordered this a couple of weeks ago with expedited shipping, and it is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier after two weeks. Customer service is NO help and gives me a run around. Very frustrated!

I Love it. Perfect little machine
I have several of the Ninja products, this one I use more often than any others. It is so handy to use. Cleanup is so very easy and it cooks everything so well. It is the perfect size with the 2 bowls to us for whatever you need to cook. I love it.

Heats well
I am a flight attendant and I purchased this so that I could heat up my food in the comfort of my room, on layovers, and not have to either wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for my food to heat in my Hotlogic or go to the hotel lobby to use the microwave. Vast improvement in air fryer cooking.
Have only used this for the last week and a half. I love cooking with the Crispi. It's a learning experience getting the food cooked just right to my expectations but the food is tasty and I get to eat up my mistakes! Clean up is easy and so much easier than with the old larger air fryer machines. Loving this machine!

AMAZING
AWESOME!!! This thing is absolutely amazing!!!! It’s super quiet!! Doesn’t smoke up like conventional air fryers. I LOVE it. I love the glass too. And several different sized bowls makes it so versatile!!

Better than I hoped for!!
So far all the things I have cooked with this have exceeded my expectations. I was a little cautious about 'gadgets' but this one I think I will use till I wear it out.

Baking brownies
One of the things I bought this product for was to bake brownies. The baking feature has been a total failure! The end result has been burning the top, but having the inside not baked sufficiently! Increasing the baking time did not solve the problem.

Awesome air fryer!!
This is the second Ninja I bought. I bought this one because I thought it would be better for work. I take it to work everyday and it is so nice to be able to cook something for lunch or dinner. I love it and recommend it!

Makes cooking even easier!
I've not had it very long but, so far, I love it! So easy to use and so easy to clean! I just ordered more glass containers for meal prep and storage. Super excited I added this to my collection of Ninja products.

Awesome air fryer
I went to my daughter’s house and she had a Ninja. I fixed an entire breakfast and it was amazing . Sausage links, waffles and potatoes. But the best part was the clean up . It was so much easier to clean this air fryer that. My big one. Love this air fryer.
