I bought this two weeks ago and absolutely love it!!! I have air fried chicken wings, chicken breasts, and pork chops. It is so user friendly to use and stores away in the cabinet so easy. I can’t wait to try more recipes!

Lemon unit and bad customer service
Like the idea but so far it seems I got a lemon unit. Over an hour on the phone to get a replacement sent but only when I ship back the broken unit. So my Christmas present is now 2-3 weeks delayed. Not happy so far, will update.

Great product
This is perfect for our camper, we use it for leftovers and frozen food, it works great without heating up with the gas stove, clean up is super easy.

Piece of garbage!
Second time I’ve used and after cooking the potatoes for 15 minutes placing the chicken In remainder of the time the lid is faulty and the unit shuts down and can’t restart. Total piece of garbage!!!! Don’t waste your money. I’m sending it back!!!

Just what I needed
Held off buying one for my RV until this model. Easy to clean and that's what I needed since I'd be handwashing it most of the time. Just perfect for 2 people. I've done a 3.5 lb chicken, fresh fish fillets, venison meatloaf and recrisped pizza slices and other leftovers. So far, it's easy to use and easy to clean. Great for Frozen Snacks
Very convenient and easy to use. Works great for frozen foods like fries and tots, if you like them extra crispy.
My one big complaint, after the first use one of the silicon nubs melted and stuck to the side of the glass, now the crisper tray won't stay even and flops around and food doesn't cook even.

Excellent Crispy Leftovers
I used my Ninja Crispi to reheat half of a club sandwich and fries and the result was a fresh crispy meal just as good as when I ate it at the restaurant. I enjoy being able to air fry small amounts of food with little effort. This appliance is a game changer!!

Pretty amazing little cooker and reheater
After a few weeks of trying out different things and watching some videos on even more, I've been very happy with the Crispi. From cooking roasted potatoes to bacon, pork chops to chicken, and it makes reheating everything so much better. It's quick, evenly cooks through foods, and is easy to use and to clean up.

Love the Glass
Love this! It is easy to clean. Only thing I would change is the metal tray in the bottom of the dish. I'm afraid that I am getting plastic bits off of it into my food.

Horrible customer service and delivery
I ordered this a couple of weeks ago with expedited shipping, and it is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier after two weeks. Customer service is NO help and gives me a run around. Very frustrated!

I Love it. Perfect little machine
I have several of the Ninja products, this one I use more often than any others. It is so handy to use. Cleanup is so very easy and it cooks everything so well. It is the perfect size with the 2 bowls to us for whatever you need to cook. I love it.
