I bought this two weeks ago and absolutely love it!!! I have air fried chicken wings, chicken breasts, and pork chops. It is so user friendly to use and stores away in the cabinet so easy. I can’t wait to try more recipes!

Lemon unit and bad customer service
Like the idea but so far it seems I got a lemon unit. Over an hour on the phone to get a replacement sent but only when I ship back the broken unit. So my Christmas present is now 2-3 weeks delayed. Not happy so far, will update.

Game changer!
I received my Ninja Crispi 5 days ago and I haven't used my oven once! The crispness of the food is awesome. I have cooked chicken,italian sausage and potato wedges in the Crispi and it's a game changer. It's been a hot summer and it doesn't heat up the kitchen. I am interested to see if there will be a change in my electric bill.

Works as well as advertised
It works really well and is perfect for cooking/reheating and general use for 1 to 2 people. I love being able to see things cook!!

MORE THAN JUST AN AIR FYER - GET THE NINJA CRISPI
I purchased the Ninja Crispi 4-in-1 Cooking System because it is SO MUCH MORE than just an air fryer. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I previously had an air fryer I never used because it was so messy. The Ninja Crisp 4-in-1 is SO EASY to use, and clean-up is a breeze! If you are considering making the purchase, I believe you will not regret it.

I Want to Love This, But I'm Really Frustrated
I’ve had the Ninja Crispi for about a week now and was genuinely excited to start using it. Unfortunately, I began receiving the “lid error” message on day one. I followed the troubleshooting steps on the website — shaking the pod, unplugging and plugging it back in — and even got a message to clean the unit. Clean it? Love that it’s glassware.
I bought this just a week ago and have only used it once. Since l’m only cooking for myself l like the convenience of not having to turn my big oven on. So far I think l’m going to really enjoy using this.

4 in 1 ninja crispi
This is my 2nd ninja crispi, my first one is the 3 in 1 and now the new one is the 4 in 1. I use them both and I love them, I never wanted an air fryer till I saw this one. It is hands down the best.

if you fix the shortcomings,it's convenient
Engineers should work on this device more, 1. hot air blows directly onto the power cable (in the future, insulation damage, short circuit, fire and wiring failure as a result), crisper plates have rubber parts on which food is cooked, it is unlikely that this rubber will make your food useful for your body!

A MUST BUY!
HIGHLY recommend!! Very easy to use and you can see it cooking. Makes a cute peep when it starts to cook plus let's you know when top it not on correctly. This is a must buy. Comes with 2 glass bowls.

Disappointed – Poor Quality and Performance
I’m really not happy with my Ninja CRISPi. The build quality is disappointing – some parts arrived with small defects, which I did not expect for the price. It’s far too noisy during operation, The unit is also heavier than expected and slow.

Horrible customer service.
I ordered this on July 16th. Trackings still says ‘processing’ It has never bern shipped. Reached out to them via facebook messenger severally and they said that it had been escalated. Today is August 8th, and i just received an email asking me to leave a review.

Except for missing pieces I just love it!
I really can't believe how much I use this (just air fry so far). Set times are mostly fine but keep your eye on the food. I'm very happy with this purchase but have yet to use all the functions.
One of the rubber corner pieces on the small AND large grill plate was missing on arrival, was not found in shipping box so had to be packed like that.

Awesome features
I purchased the Ninja Crispi 4-in-1 less than a month ago. I've prepared several meals, lunch and dinner, and I truly love it. Love the features, especially the bowls, bake and serve. GREAT!! MAX18

The best yet!!!
Hey, absolutely Love it!!! I've had 3 other air fryers and this is top of the line. I went stainless steel VS Teflon with a stainless steel brevel air fryer/oven...it was OK, but this is most definitely easy clean up in comparison plus quality and crunchy air fried freshness is most excellent.
