I don't know their titles.
We have been shopping at this location for many years. Today, December the 3rd was very disappointing to say the least. The employees at the copy center seemed to care less that I needed help. The one person, a young man didnt' what he was doing in order to process two flash drives. I had to wait at least 30 minutes to receive any customer attention, this is ridiculo...
