Moldy Bite Valve
Just like everyone else I’m disappointed with the bite valve getting moldy after just a couple months dispite being meticulous about cleaning both daily. Please listen to your customers and offer a replacement part.

Let’s sell replacement parts, please
It does the job that it’s supposed to do pretty well. I did experience some melting issues in the dishwasher when I put it on the top rack. One thing that is quite annoying is that Britta does not sell replacement parts. Excellent bottles
I love our Brit’s bottles we each have one in our family. The water tastes great as I’m picky about my water. I don’t like that the mouthpiece easily gets mold so I’ve had to purchase generic brand mouthpieces and replace them every so often but the bottle itself still works great. Great bottle until you need replacement parts
I love love loved my Brita water bottle. I bought several for family members for Christmas. I just wish Brita sold replacement parts. Now that the lid cracked on the inside and no longer allows the filter to seat properly it is useless. I may look into a different filtered water bottle with replacement parts.

Great when it’s not broke
Be aware, the most used piece of the water bottle will break rendering the top useless as it won’t snap closed. The company doesn’t offer the top as a stand along replacement so you must purchase a new bottle . Didn’t even get 1 1/2 of use , even being limited as this bottle is used by a college kid and keeps it stored in their apartment during the summer .

Try it! You’ll like it!
I love the taste of the Brita water and I drink more water when it tastes good. I love this bottle. It’s easy to drink 2 minimum bottles a day.

Mold
I have bought at least 3 of these and no matter how I try and take care of it or what I do the straw always forms mold within a month of having.

Ugg! Not working right!
There’s a small hole in the area next to the drinking area and when I tip it over to drink water pours over my face. I’ve double checked the filter and it’s locked in place correctly. I don’t know why the hole is there but I can not stop it from pouring on my face if I attempt to drink

I bought one last December for my trip to Asia and canada last January and February. The mouthpiece is so big not suitable for elementary children. And it’s so hard to clean it and gets black mold easily

mold issues
I like the idea of the product and working in a lab it's important to me that my water bottle have a closed mouthpiece but it is so difficult to clean and I keep finding mold no matter how often/well I clean it.

I just bought this bottle, and I love the way my water tastes. The only negative thing I have to say at this moment is that I like ice in my bottle, and it causes the bottle to sweat and leave a wet spot wherever I place it. I don't know if it's already available, but maybe a sleeve for the bottle would be a nice addition to help with the condensation.

Disappointed
I had my water bottle for over 2 years. It was great until one day the latch suddenly broke and the cap flew open. It would no longer stay closed. I was going to try and super glue the latch back on but in less than a day the interior of the mouthpiece and down into the filter completely molded.
