Purchased this in a store with the impression it was touchscreen. Well it is not. The store did give me a full refund but it would have been nice to offer something else.

The system works great all files pictures and programs carried over. Thanks to Abbey and Paul who did the final walk thru. A senior citizen needs that walk thru to make sure he remembers everything !

Great deal!
My 6 year old Lenovo IdeaPad decided to slow down and had trouble getting up in the morning (booting). I went to Staples and found this sale on the brand new version of my old friend. I'm not a heavy-duty user. I store photos do some simple spreadsheets browse and email. This new PC is PERFECT for me and only $250!

Great home laptop
It’s a solid computer for those looking for a general all around home laptop. I like the fact it has a multitude of ports which allows for versatility.

Excellent basic laptop for home & even travel use
Excellent basic laptop which provides everything I need for home use.
provides enough processing power and memory to keep me working for many years without an upgrade. The 15.6" format is enough screen space for all my programs. I can even watch a movie on it while traveling. Didn't break the bank to get everything I need in home office laptop.

It’s perfect for me !
I’m 39, but I know nothing about laptops. I just want it to work when I turn it on. I took a shot in the dark and purchased this laptop months ago. I’m quite happy with it. I have not experienced any issues. It is also very durable.

Great benchmarks despite speed 12th gen Intel i5
Good little laptop. Powerful. Lightweight. Fixed the power input cord design so it won't crack and cause problems like the previous designs. Consider this despite 1.30 GHz processor speed: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_lookup.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i5-1245U&id=4733

I got it a year ago, and it malifunctions all the time and the camera driver keeps getting uninstalled randomly.
