Easy to install. Lightweight
Installed this in my bedroom. So easy to install. Lightweight. Very effective - cools room so quickly. Energy efficient settings. Rather quiet which is perfect at night. Did not post photo of it installed in my private bedroom.

Power house
I used this in my bedroom and it really does cool it down in no time. I like how it has so many different settings to chose from. It’s not very loud and the remote control is so easy to use.

Great AC for windows
I’ve been using the 12,000 BTU Smart Window AC and I’m really happy with it. I use it to cool a 500+ sq. ft. room and it works fast. I love that I can control it from my phone or with voice commands. Beautiful and works great
This is a really nice window A/C unit. We have central A/C but our 2nd floor still gets kond of hot so we put this in the window in our workout room / dog room and it's been SO nice to have. It also gives me more peace of mind that the dogs will stay cool during the summer when im not home.

Quiet, powerful, and energy efficient!
I never thought I’d be so impressed with a window unit AC. We absolutely love how quiet this unit is. It’s more quiet than a tower fan on the lowest setting. Our room gets cooked down very quickly and I have noticed how energy efficient this is. Five stars!

Power house smart window air conditioner
I'm super excited to try this smart window air conditioner. Its energy efficient sleep & eco mode is what I'm most excited for. Its remote control is small and easy to use. It has 12,000 BTU . Looks simple to install.

Love it!
This is an excellent air conditioner! It cools down our sunroom really quickly and seems to hold a consistent temperature which is really nice as well. Easy to install and even easier to control.

Makes the room so cold!
Amazing window AC! It's super easy to install and even has a remote to be able to control it. It even connects to an app and you can control it from anywhere. Only downside is it is a bit on the louder side but the sound is about equivalent to a box fan.

Great Window A/C
TCL 12,000 BTU window air conditioner works great. The A/C blows cold and is easy to use. It has a light up display showing the temperature it is set at. I like that the A/C also comes with a remote.

Mechanically good. Electronics are horrible.
The unit is mechanically great. It’s strong, quiet and does a great job doing what it’s intended to do.
That, however, is offset by the cheap and subpar electronics that makes it possible.
The controller board corrodes constantly and stops the unit from functioning properly. The buttons don’t work or they’re stuck in a perpetual cycle.
