Fantastic air conditioner!
We are so happy with this air conditioner! It fits into the window perfectly and was easy to install. It is a solid air conditioner too so it seems it’s high quality. The functions/buttons are super easy to use and it works SO quickly. No maintenance needed and after it’s used, we’re not seeing any irregular draining or issues. 80 lbs and left on sidewalk
This air conditioner is obscenely heavy. 80lbs, and FedEx left on the sidewalk, wouldn’t even help bring it up the steps. When I finally got it in the house, I couldn’t even set it up because the plug is not compatible with my outlets. It’s a 230v and the lines are like this -| instead of | |. I purposely picked the smaller btu which is compatible after reading that thi...

Great so far
We are using this in a small bedroom in my mother in laws home and this week in Texas it has been summer temps. She likes it and it cools the room very easily it was easy to install and she is happy having a cool room again. Would recommend this brand of ac depending on room size this is in a small bedroom.

Really good air conditioner/ heat
Really nice air conditioner gets the room cold quick and has heat as well. Really easy to clean and easy to install into a window. Really good brand!

Works really good!
This unit it great for smaller to medium size rooms. It easily cools the room without taking long to cool it. I tried the heat option as well to test it and it works really well too but feel like it takes a little longer to heat up the room. It was easy to set up and easy to figure out how to use it.

Need an outlet adapter
Luckily, the size of the window AC actually fits. It’s compacted and easy to install. However, my issue is the plug in is not compatible to the standard US outlet. We are not able to actually use it yet until we get an adapter.

Great Product
This Keystone air conditioner works great. My husband uses it in his office. It was easy to set up. It's good quality and not noisy. It comes with a remote which is nice. There's also heater mode which works well but haven't used it since it's summer but will come in handy during cooler weather.

This is heavy make sure you have a second person a
Easy to install as it is already assembled. It does not make a difference in energy consumption so your power bill won’t change just a few cents however I used this in the summer and not in the winter so the heat could possibly cost more energy. Its not super loud just a little bit louder than a normal fan. This is a 220 v if you don’t have a 220 outlet do not buy this.

Performance
Best window A/C I ve ever used and since we live in texas in the winter the Heat pump option works great. The limit of ourside temps needing to be above 41 is no problem at all. In the last the lowest recorded temp in texas where we live has only been lower than 41 for 1 day in the last seven years.

Very quiet
Highly recommend. I just Love it very much. It’s very silent, & has so many options. Easy to put in. Worth the price and cools off bout 60%o our whole house

It's so great and works so amazing!
Installation was so easy, and it took less than 10 minutes! Seems to be very quiet as well. i can hardly tell it's running unless im in the same room. it's on in. It works so well and cools my entire 900 square foot house! Even on the 89-degree day we just had! I love being able to set the temp, and when it reaches it, it turns off! It's such an amazing unit!

Easy to setup.
This a/c unit was a snap to get installed. It did take two of us, just to take pressure off the window ledge.
I ended up putting it in my office about 5ft from my desk. Customers comment how quiet it is, and ask me where to get one. I love that it has a remote. My other ones have not came with one. I am thinking about getting a few more units for the office.
