Works well so far!
Strong unit. Slightly heavy to install with one person, it would be easy with 2 people. Runs well, no problems so far. Easy to un-box. I really like that it does heat and a/c. I like the remote too.

Works well so far!
Strong unit. Slightly heavy to install with one person, it would be easy with 2 people. Runs well, no problems so far. Easy to un-box. I really like that it does heat and a/c. I like the remote too.

Very quality looking, but way too big!
I was so excited to receive this air conditioner. We have a central AC unit that is on its last leg and I thought “perfect! This will cool the whole upstairs!” It snowed forever in the Norteast and finally we got warm weather- so I was ready to set it up. Cool and heat you house all with one unit!
I love how this unit doesn't just cool our house, but it can warm it up too! I frankly never heard of an air conditioner doing that before.
It's very nice looking and has every option I can imagine needing on it, including heat and a remote!

Love the heat feature!
This Keystone air conditioner with supplemental heat has been a great addition to our home. It cools the room relatively fast and keeps it comfortable. Cools quickly
This thing is a BEAST! It cools down quickly and efficiently!!!! It is heavy though, but very easy to install. Easy to turn off and on, cools down a room very fast and stays cool. The room was very comfortable.

Good unit with both heat and AC
It is a solid unit. Not too heavy. Easy enough to install in window. The best is that it is an AC but in winter can give heating capability. Too cold to turn on AC right now but excited to try the AC part of it

Large enough for large areas
This is a great unit to heat or cool a large area. Great for an insulated outdoor building or work space. The noise is okay but could be noisy in a home setting.

Good buy!
I think this has really good features, installation wasn’t hard at all and it’s built well. I would recommend this to anyone that needs an additional unit.

Great so far
We are using this in a small bedroom in my mother in laws home and this week in Texas it has been summer temps. She likes it and it cools the room very easily it was easy to install and she is happy having a cool room again. Would recommend this brand of ac depending on room size this is in a small bedroom.

Best home improvement
This is an amazing AC and heating unit. It was easy to install and I love that I now have both heat and air conditioning in one unit. It’s super efficient and has already been a dream addition to my bedroom

Awesome A/C unit
This is a really great air conditioner for any medium size rooms. Remote control. Assembly was easy. I also like the fact that it has a heating system which is great to use with our wood stove in the winter.

Nice!
Not to heavy to pack to the window that it was needed to be installed at. Good instructions and easy enough to follow. Will be great for our humid summers in our garage.

Really good air conditioner/ heat
Really nice air conditioner gets the room cold quick and has heat as well. Really easy to clean and easy to install into a window. Really good brand!

Great product
Very nice air conditioner that works amazing but it did come dented. I was really upset about that. But it heats and cools amazing. It is very nice quality and heavy duty!

Works really good!
This unit it great for smaller to medium size rooms. It easily cools the room without taking long to cool it. I tried the heat option as well to test it and it works really well too but feel like it takes a little longer to heat up the room. It was easy to set up and easy to figure out how to use it.

Air conditioner
I got my air conditioner and installed so easily. The size is perfect and very easy cleaning. Easy maintenance to clean the filter. It works perfectly. Highly recommend this product for my all year round needs.

Good window unit
This is a pretty quiet unit and is very powerful! I have not got to test the heating capabilities to the max yet but both heating and cooling work pretty well. No complaints!
The setup and install is pretty easy. I like that basically you just need to plug it in once you have the window set up right.
