Excellent Air Conditioner
We purchased this window air conditioner in May for cooling our downstairs area. It works so well in cooling, is quiet and we receive notices on our phones if an issue occurs, such as the filter needing cleaning. This air conditioner is actually 1000 BTU’s less than the one it replaced and cools much better. Highly recommend.

LIFE IS NOT THAT GOOD !
The unit was certified as dead on arrival due to a defective board. Dealing with the warranty and the replacement of it has been a never ending story of obstacles and delays !!!

No Freon
I bought it and installed for nothing because it arrived with Out Freon! Lot of work to have to take back out and send it back!

DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Horrible experience, it never worked and dealing with the warranty has been nightmarish to say the least !!!

POWERFUL
I waited a long time for this AC due to the size...it was extremely important because it went into my wall. I'm extremely pleased with the power and all the functions. The only thing disappointing about my AC is the MAIN PANEL on the RIGHT was dented, most likely by lifting from the forklift arms, making the front main panel to close in properly, I can not move my ven...

Do not buy! RUN!
It broke less than 2 months after receiving it and the issue still has not been resolved. They are good at giving you the run around on the warranty while you sit and sweat with a broken ac.

I got a lemon!
I bought this unit in late August because a heat wave was coming. It worked for two days and then the electrical board burnt out! Had to wait a week before you sent a man to replace it! By then the heat wave was over. Major disappointment!

Great A/C
Bought 2 of these over a year ago. Great units. Has helped with electric bill as well. Keeps consistent temperature. Quiet.

Great Ac
We bought this ac 2 years ago. It is phenomenal in it's ability to cool. It will blow ever so lightly when the temperature gets where you want. It then just barely blows and keeps it cool. Our power bill has gone down about 25%. We keep it on energy saver.
