Poor customer serviceman
Bought this unit in Jan 2025 Hester worked great come June 2025 ac worked for 2 weeks been dealing with LG since the 20 of June 2025 no answers just keep saying we’re expedited your claim no repairman in my area Texas summer are not good without AC

Great air-conditioned
I love the air-condition it works really well, it keeps my house so cold. I just love the way it rotates the air in the room. It's the best air-conditioner I've had in a long time.

EXTREMELY LOUD AND ANNOYING! WORST PURCHASE EVER!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Very, very disappointed. We bought it in November, but did not have help to install it until after the three month return window. While it cools and heats pretty well, IT IS SO NOISY IT MAKES ME WANT TO SCREAM!

Not so great
The one I bought in January went bad and wouldn’t shut off and we had to get lg to replace it still waiting on the new one to be delivered

Not what I expected
Was it little disappointed with this purchase. It doesn't really cool unless it's set at a very low temperature. 69-70. Anything higher the house is warm. I don't think it works properly.

Great features
I bought this window heat/air unit a couple months ago. This is the second one that I have bought. Works well for heat and air. Very happy with it.

Great product
This is the 3rd purchase and I have been satisfied with this product. I don't have central air and heat. It provides enough heat in the winter and cool in the summer and keeps my home comfortable.
