It broke in less than 30 days. And I was led on in the warranty and it wasn’t fixed

Confused on filter.
Our contractor purchased the product for our attic while it was being remodeling into a bedroom. It continually shows a red light for the filter to be cleaned. Is this normal? We have only used the cooling no heat used in August.

Great choice!
We bought this unit to replace the one we had that had just quit working. As the temperatures were in triple digits we needed one quickly. This is the updated version of the one we had, so we opted to buy it. We feel that this was a wise choice. It works like a champ.

Cooling down
Highly recommended. Using less electricity than my fridgedaire 18,000 BTU unit. Recommend a platform type installation for safety in window mounting. The only draw back it is alittle noisy when compressor is running.

Love my LG....
I love my LG 18000 But Air Conditioner. I works really well, loving the Wifi part of it where I can turn the ac on before I get home from a hard days work. or just even scheduling a time to come on or shut off. Thank LG for creating a wonderful unit.

I love how it can be used for cooling and heating.
I have had my air conditioner for 2 weeks and I am thrilled with it. I love the remote control and the ease of using it. I would definitely buy this same one in the future.
