What A Unit
What a unit! Bought this a little over 2 months ago and it’s been great. You will have to tinker with it a little to keep the rattles down but it’s worth it once you get it tweak in. Be patient with it and it will be worth it.

Poor support
My problem was with customer service. They are not able too help with problems. Not well trained. I don't know how many I taked too.they all had a different answer, and all were wrong. I wanted too know where the second wire went. No one knew!! Sent another circuit board. It was the same one.called again, and guess what the second wire is for trouble ...

Not so great
I bought a defective ac unit. Couldn't return cause I was beyond the return date. So now, it's been hard to deal with LG. Someone says something to me and then someone says something to the repair folks. I am thankful LG will pay to have it repaired since under warranty. However, it's been a frustrating journey. What A Unit

I bought this july 19 came with wrong front panel and circuit board. Called customer support so many times. They say it back ordered. Don't know when it will be shipped one guy said it shipped but it was a lie.

Not happy
It arrived broken. Not just some cosmetic blemish but full on someone play soccer with the box to where a copper line was broken on the inside of the unit and it leaked everywhere. I’m still waiting of return label.
