Absolutely horrible
Horrible, don't work and lg won't fix it.. and won't refund the money..sent a technician and he came from.out of state and was fighting with his gf and was mad he was here and didn't do anything told lg there was nothing wrong with it and left... now fighting to get anything done... and I'm freezing because the heat don't work.. plz don't waste your money..

Sorry customer service
I bought the window air conditioner for 800.00 and it keeps freezing up. But LG said the man technician that came out and said it was nothing wrong. That our house was to small for it. But it has been working fine for 5 months. There is still 6 months warranty. If nothing is wrong why does it freeze up outside too.

Don't waste your time or money
This does not heat LG won't fix it the technician won't fix it the faceplate did not fit this is been the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on anything in my life

Bad service and unit shuts off when it’s over 95
Bought this unit at Lowe’s on 7-5-24 unit didn’t last 3 days and it started display ch-34 code and apparently when it’s more than 95 outside it overheats and this is a protection for the unit. A air conditioner that doesn’t work when it’s hot outside is useless. Iv been dealing with lg for weeks trying to resolve the issue and it’s been one runaround after the other. I ...

Not happy, MAD
Well, let me tell you I spent $800 on what I thought was a perfect air conditioner. After two weeks it stopped cooling and I have spent over a week on my phone with Chatbot trying to get someone to fix it so no I am not happy. Repair nightmare
The outside fan shattered after 48 hours of use. To get this taken care of it has taken now over a month. Lots of automated and AI support issues. No real concern for the customer. It's ridiculous that to get a $800 unit repaired or replaced you must give up almost everything including your first born to just wait and wait for what?

Temperature set is lit all the time
