The first time I purchased this air conditioner w/heat it lasted 7 years, cooled and heated my 1100 sq ft home pretty good but still had to use space heaters sometimes.
I just bought my second unit, it lasted about a month; I noticed the air didn't blow as cold when I first turned it on and then started to form ice on the filter and started making a weird noise

What are the guidelines for being replaced 🤔
Had less than 1 1/2 and the compressor has gone out not good especially in the heat

Heater is trash
The air conditioner works great but the heater part is absolute trash! Air temperature from the heat is 82 degrees. A 1500 watt heater puts out more heat than this.
