Worst LG I have owned
There is no ecomode like on the other LG window units I've purchased. If you set the mode to energy saver the unit will keep changing the temp from 72 (lowest temp it will allow) to 78 own its own. So you have to keep the mode on cool at all times so even if the compressor isn't on the fan stays on at all times. This defeats the units purpose of keeping the room cool.

CHEAP
The unit cools well. But manufacturing is cheap. I can see thru the vents. I can see the black pulley inside as its sitting idol or going around in circles. Also can see the white foam backing in there. Very disappointed in the appearance. I have another LG window air conditioner that is normal. I cant see any mechanisms inside. I will not purchase another LG.

VERY NOISY
I hate this air conditioner! It is too noisy for a bedroom. I can't figure out how to clean it enough for the CF to go away.

Nice remote. Cools Timely

Works well on cool but energy saver is too warm
We have had this unit since early June and it has definitely gotten a lot of use! The unit has been reliable and works well on the cool setting. However, I have been very disappointed in the energy saver setting. We own multiple LG units and the energy saver feature on all of these allows you to set the temperature. Expected more for the price
I purchased this in May 2024 finally installed it mid June. It seemed to start and run so I assumed it would work well.
This is in a bedroom approx size 10x12, it should easily keep it very cool for sleeping. This does not cool below 70* no matter how long it runs. Very disappointed.

Will not cool to temperature setting
I purchased this in May 2024, installed mid June, started using it in July. Install was easy and once in I turned the unit on to be sure it worked and since it did I thought it was going to work fine. Missing parts
I bought this a/c several weeks ago via Home Depot. The box did not contain the installation parts. Talked to LG service personnel and they told me that they would send me a new replacement installation kit. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing has arrived.

Just bought this today. Overall happy so far. It's louder than I hoped. And the wings on the sides don't sit flush on our window. But it's pretty powerful. Also is there an auto off setting with these? It randomly went off and was on cool mode.
