While you may have made the return we’d like to address each part of your review to provide insight and action we’re taking based on what you’ve shared. To start the number pad is placed on various Lenovo devices including this Legion 5i 15.6” model due to there being a demand for 10-key numeric keypad by various users. We understand your concerns regarding space constraints on the keyboard deck and we do appreciate your comments regarding system design. These points have been noted and will be shared internally so that they may be considered for future design improvements. Regarding the touchpad and laptop chassis build materials the Legion 5i is a mid-range gaming laptop series amongst our assortment of Lenovo Legion gaming laptops and when comparing this laptop to higher-end laptop lines like the one you mentioned at the end of your review these devices may feature glass trackpads metal casings and many more premium features given the tier of this laptop category. Also we wish to share that you can customize the keyboard RGB backlighting either within the Lenovo Vantage app on the homepage under the Legion Spectrum widget or within the Legion Space app if installed under Device Settings. Pertaining to Windows since the software is designed to work across a vast range of devices out-of-the-box you may run into a system bug or error given the diversity of various internal components Windows must work with; but we’re happy to assist in resolving any issues that may arise that cannot be resolved after Windows updates.    We hope that the information shared helps provide some insight and understanding that may improve your sentiments on the system and that you may consider choosing our products again in the future.
