Great for the right purpose
I have ordered 5 of these for various employees at the company I manage IT for. It is a bit like a chromebook, but for windows and Microsoft products. I would recommend it for use cases where you can do essentially all of your work in a browser, but are in a Microsoft domain business. You Can't Go Wrong With A Lenovo
I really enjoy the versatility of this laptop. Lightweight, long battery life, touchscreen and super quick processor! My son who is an IT guy swears by Lenovo and only purchases Lenovo's for his employees. I was very impressed with the price as well.

Great laptop!

Easy and no problems.

Excellent.
Easy to configure and synchronize with phone
Only thing is audio seems low. I have it on highest volume setting. I can barely hear CC on Zoom
