Disappointed - twice.
The first one that I purchased lasted two weeks, after an hour with service, they suggested that I take it back and have it replaced. The second one began doing a repair diagnostic the second time it started up. In this case the on-line repair tech had me reboot the machine by inserting a pin into the hole on the bottom -- this only made things worse.

The good and the not-so-good
The not-so-good first: The power button is hard to locate, hidden on the side as it is. The sound quality is poor, and external speakers are needed. The good is the picture quality and speed that it handles multiple activities at one time.

Great laptop for work
I bought this laptop for remote work. I just started using it and it was extremely fast and easy to use. The battery lasts for a amount of time, which is such a relief after my last computer. Thank you, Lenovo for a great product!

Great, laptop, poor transferring app
Excellent laptop so far I had it about six weeks to transfer of data and picture extension, etc. definitely does not work. I’ll give you any help. Other than that. Everything’s fine.

Excellent Selection
Excellent selection of the Lenovo, Slim 7i. A nice sleek design with excellent features, OLED colors, fantastic sound, fantastic computing speed with ample memory and storage, and a long-lasting battery. All of this at a great Black Friday price.

Nice Machine reasonably priced for what you get.
Nice easy machine to use, very easy to setup. Love the backlit keyboard and full keypad for numbers. Never had that on a laptop before

Laptop setup

Good laptop can be Great if...
It has great battery life and has good performance for day to day tasks. Not for high performance intensive tasks can do light gaming. Webcam is just fine need to have higher resolution webcam.
