Far exceed expectation
No one could top the deal I got from Staples, and I was grateful that the quality of the laptop far exceeded my expectations. Delivery was the best and fastest, I order it on an afternoon, and it was delivered the following morning.

Disappointed - twice.
The first one that I purchased lasted two weeks, after an hour with service, they suggested that I take it back and have it replaced. The second one began doing a repair diagnostic the second time it started up. In this case the on-line repair tech had me reboot the machine by inserting a pin into the hole on the bottom -- this only made things worse.

The good and the not-so-good
The not-so-good first: The power button is hard to locate, hidden on the side as it is. The sound quality is poor, and external speakers are needed. The good is the picture quality and speed that it handles multiple activities at one time.

Great 14" Laptop
I bought the 14" 2in1 laptop with Ryzen 5/16GB. The build quality is excellent and the cosmic blue color stands out. The vantage app is excellent and overall the laptop was delivering top performance. I liked the pen and 2in1 but did not find much use. My only concern is with the 16gb ram which I felt inadequate as 60 to 80% is always in use.

Excellent hardware; intrusive software
Hardware looks and feels high quality. Fast. OLED screen is pretty; I don't use touch often but it's nice to have the option. Excellent value for the price. An equivalent MacBook would've been twice as much.

Stopped working after a month

Pretty Good, but not the price
The computer is pretty good. I do not care for the keyboard of the mousepad as much as my last Lenovo. But overall it is good. The price however was not great. I found the same model. Everything identical except the other had double the memory and was $50 cheaper. But I couldn't return this one because Staples only offers 14 days for returns.
