Overall, great.
Love it. Solid build, solid feel. Keyboard touch is excellent. Super battery life so far. Screen throughput seems a bit sluggish sometimes. Overall, great.

Will not turn on. it did charge once and worked fine. Now it's at my computer repair guy to try and figure out, He said the battery needed conditioning.

Great Laptop
I’ve been using Lenovo laptops and desktops for the last 12 years! I still have my old ThinkPad but I needed upgrade. This laptop was a great deal at Staples. Great laptop
This is the second Lenovo IdeaPad I’ve had. The first one lasted 9 years but had started running very slow. It had Windows 10 and some of the software we use had stopped supporting Windows 10. This new Lenovo is lightning fast. There are no problems so far and I got it at a great price. Other than our taxes, we only use it for email, spreadsheets and Word documents.

Love it!
This was such a great update from my last laptop! The screen quality is insane, I love the keyboard and interface. Speakers felt a little buzzy at first but then levels out.

Complicated!!!
Software was preloaded with Office (not 365), but when I added my email it shows as Office 365. Impossible to delete. Impossible to add another email address. A real disaster that I am probably going to have to pay Geek Squad to resolve for me. I definitely recommend folks not to buy this computer with preloaded software. Help me resolve this if you can!

Great laptop
Bought this for my son for surfing the internet, multimedia and gaming. He has been playing fortnite, Minecraft, and xbox. It has worked quite well. He is happy with the screen size, responsiveness and graphics. It is not an intense gaming machine, but works perfectly for his needs.

Great upgrade

lid hinge could be sturdier. No fingerprint sensor
Bought it for the light weight feature. Lack of integrated fingerprint sensor is a bummer. All my prior laptops have had one and didnt notice that this didnt have one. Bigger problem is the lid. The lid could easily swivel a bit if you shook the laptop lightly in an open state. My prior laptops were not this sensitive to movement.

Excellent product overall!
I love the screen ratio of 16:10 (instead of 16:9) which makes it so much better to view text and graphic web content. The bootup and program startup speed is nice and it is very convenient to switch between apps without stuttering or getting bogged down. Touch is very responsive, and the screen hinges look durable. Very happy with the purchase!

Great value for price
Got the Aura 7i 1 TB 16GB Windows 11 pro on sale for a total price of 700 USD in the us including shipping and taxes after price match. Great laptop, hardly any heat, fast, good speakers and great battery life too. Display colors on the oled seemed too bright and saturated out of box but can adjust as needed. Display bit small at 14 inches, and a bit too reflective
