Unbeatable buy
Ac works great'. Heater is probably underrated for my larger area but still works good.
The thing I loved was the delivery. IN 3 days the unit arrived in Swainsboro,Georgia just 15 miles from my house. Two days later I received it, from California!! No shipping cost!!
This is unheard of in todays world.

Do not buy, the heat doesn't work
I bought this item to provide heat in my house. Unfortunately, this item does not provide any heat and blows really cold. I purchased 5 off these items and returning all of them. Please look at other options if you are purchasing this item as a source of heat (primary or supplemental).

Purchased for 192 square foot SHE shed
Purchased for my SHE shed, fits perfectly into the shed window. Cools better than it heats but that's noted on the product information. Looking forward to using it next summer!

The best 8,000 btu air cond, and heater i bought. I bought 2 of them. 1 is 3year old and going strong. the other 1year old.

So far the units we purchased run very well. However, it would be nice if when we have it on Auto On, it would continue to blow air and not go off and on because it wakes us up every few minutes. Where and how can we get it to blow CONTINUALLY? Thanks for an answer, other wise it's great. C & B Evans in Caldwell. Tx

I have a tri-level home, I have used three of these units all together to heat and cool an entire level , living room, dining, kitchen, and two bedrooms without having supplemental heating such as space heaters, except when the temperatures outside fell below 32%, freezing. That's awesome! And, I have recently purchased a fourth to help heat and cool my lower level.

So far so good
I've bought 6 of these units over the past 10 months for my rental units, and they all seem to work well, I also bought the LG model with heat for about the same price, but not a no-name Chinese brand like the Koldfront. No USA made product were available unfortunately.

It works great. The heat pump brings the room to a comfortable temperature and the energy saver mode keeps it there. I love it!

What a great product with a great price
The product arrived as promised in great shape. The AC/heater unit was package well and looked great. The product was easy to install and I was able to do this with By myself. Great Unit but cheap remote.
This AC/Heater works great and functions exactly as it is suppose to. I have mine in a bedroom on the second floor of an old 2 story house. The second floor is always colder in the winter and warmer in the summer than the main floor. The electric heater works great. Perfect for the shed conversion
Purchased this unit for our "tool shed to home office" conversion and have had it in the window working for weeks in the heat and humidity of a Georgia summer. We put this in first - and are glad we did. Without it, we would not have been able to begin this work until fall.

Right out of the box and found out that they only put a minimum of Freon in each unit , probably to save money . Be prepared to charge unit shortly after installed.
