Great little gizmo
The unit works well and I'm impressed with how much moisture it pulls out of the air in my closet. When I pull out the reservoir it's like alchemy seeing the water sitting in there. I use it to water the house plants and it makes me feel like a Fremen from Dune.

Died after 5 months
Bought this about 5 months ago and the unit just stopped working. Nothing is blocking the units airflow, the water tank is empty, we have moved the unit to different places and there is just zero response when trying to power the unit. Seems to happen often to other customers

Disappointed
Works great for a few months, then will not turn on. The unit worked so well I decided to buy another then the new one will not turn on again after a few months. I do not recommend since they do not last.

Died after 5 months

Have bought 2 of them over the last 2 years. Each one lasted about 9 months and then would not turn on. Have checked what I can but does not turn on. Buy a more reliable unit as this one has a short life.

Does Not Work
Does Not Work - do not purchase. Have a very damp house, moved it to several different rooms and it picks up very little moisture. Makes a lot of noise but does not work, waste of electricity & money

Worked for a year
Purchased a little over a year ago and it worked perfectly. Ran in a small bathroom after showers. Now it won’t turn on at all. Made sure the bucket is empty, opened up the air intake to ensure everything is clean and in place and still not working. I bought two and both died within 4 months!!!
I see a few reviews here that show this product should not be purchased. I also bought one in October 2024 and it stopped working in January 2025. I previously purchased one in the summer of 2024 that died in September of 2024. I thought it was a fluke so I purchased it again. Nope. Not a fluke. It’s a horrible product. Don’t buy it.

Very Effective
More effective than I anticipated. A bit noisy on the high levels but seems to work very well. I had a lower cost, non-brand name prior to purchasing this one, and it seems to draw about 20 percent more water from the air in about a 400 sq ft room, as long as it's kept on high. So far, so good.

Only worked for a few months
Bought this summer of 2023. Worked well all summer. Unplugged and stored till summer 2024 first time trying no response. Checked all Contacts and there were no problems. Machine is super clean. However, will not power on when plugged in and pressing power button blue light flashes chirp sound is heard, but then nothing very disappointed.

Loved All 3 Until......
Loved all 3 of these that I purchased and worked great! Until it stopped working after a couple of months. I poured out the water put the container back in and the machine no longer powered on. Happened 3 times to 3 of them. Tried to plug it into other outlets and still nothing.

Nice size for a bathroom. Love the 4 and 8 hour turn off timer. Also it is convenient to have the hi and lo setting, of which the lo setting is whisper quiet. Easy to clean with the removeable back panel. This unit does a great job of extracting moisture. However, the safety shut-off feature is pointless because there are two drain holes and one plug. This means that the water will pour out of the unplugged hole, and the tank will never completely fill and shut off automatically. For those who leave town, this can be an inconvenience. Wonderful product
I bought your product and I expected a lot less but to my expectations it performed extremely well and I love it I was going to buy a more expensive model but this did the job really well and I would definitely recommend buying it .
