Zero Antenna available
Worst television in history, connect the antenna and refuses to access any local channels. Multiple tries, same tcl selected channels. Acts like a TV but just isn't.

Good decent help
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this tv Monday, got it connected yesterday, but forgot how to connect to local todsy. Had to call in to Pam today so I can connect to local stations. I am hard of hearing and with Pam’s help she was able to fix my problem

Good picture, sound, and easy remote.
I am pleased with this tv. I was unable to pair the tv with my Bluetooth speaker. Jeff in customer support walked me through the pairing process both devices are working well. I would never have found the power and select button if Jeff had not told me about it. There was nothing in the booklet about it either. Not a good design.

Good picture, sound, and easy remote.
43S350GB S Series TV - I am pleased with this tv. I was unable to pair the tv with my Bluetooth speaker. Jeff in customer support walked me through the process. He was most patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The tv and speaker are working well.

Good picture, sound, and remote is easy to use.
S Series 43S350G TV. I am pleased with this tv. I was not able to pair my Bluetooth speaker with the television. Jeff in customer support was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. He walked me through pairing my tv and speaker and it works very well.
