Great features but onerous connectivity procedures
Nani was extremely helpful in resolving a TCL television to network connectivity issue. He was patient and kind as we worked through several vague and therefore indecipherable instruction problems. I recommend him highly!

Overall good TV to explore buying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the smart features and that’s why I took a picture of the remote. I love how easily accessible it is and the setup was smooth. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I felt the sound could be a bit better. But with a soundbar it’s perfect. The quality of the picture is good too.

Better than you expect
