Rep was patient and helpful
Jai was helpful. And we went through set up again. However, because my cable box only out put at 4K and 1090 / 60 hz. I am not able to see sports at 120 hz speed.

Great assistance today
I had the very best experience with Joan today regarding an issue with our new TCL TV. She was very easy to understand which I appreciated. She also we so informative, no matter what question I had, if she didn't know the answer, she found out. But mostly she knew the answers to my issue. I just want to say thank you!

Loisa was amazing. She was so patient with us. We’re elderly and not computer savvy at all. She was a pleasure to work with and stayed with us until we were able to figure out our channels, etc.

Stunning, with one caveat.
Literally everything visually about this TV is stunning. The picture is so sharp that it makes it feels cinematic with depth you feel you could nearly touch. The ONLY down side, is that there are some odd noises when scrolling through menu screens. You can hear it when flipping between, as the noises will come and go correlating with the icons on screen. Excellent TV very happy with purchase
During a basement remodel we wanted to find a TV that could give us a theater experience. The TV picture quality is amazing while watching shows or movies, and even better while playing video games. I am very impressed with the TV and am surprised it is not more expensive!

New Home TV
Upgraded from a 46 inch plasma with Roku. Works great and sounds great, google TV has all the apps I use easy switch from Roku on last tv. Love our purchase and price. It has all the bells and whistle we can ask for. Great for movies and sports.

Not label the product as a Q7 Series
Con this package does not label the Q7 series it only said the Q series smart tv . How would someone like me is getting the right product. The when you snan the code it somes up as Q series not Q7 series

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our Q-series boxes are labeled with their respective model numbers. One can tell which series the TV is based on the number directly after the "Q" in their model number. For example, this model number is 65Q750G. We can tell that this is a Q7 Series because of the 7 displayed after the Q. This is also the same for the Q6 and the QM8. We hope this helps!

great value high performance
Bought a couple weeks ago, replacing a set that crashed its video engine. This had what i wanted as i wasnt investing in an OLED for this room. This one offered 120hz native panel, 240 Hz processign, local dimming. im not a google tv person so just plugged in my Roku stick. Great set, excellent value.
