The agent was very patient and was diligent in helping me to get my tv working properly. She guided me step by step and even acknowledged my frustration at the beginning of the process. I am very grateful for Joy because I would have not been able to do it alone. She was great

Worst tv in it's class.
If you watch any kind of quality content this is not the tv for you. It is unable to produce clear image without lag when watching any live sports or anything in dolby vision. Bottom line is this tv is not even close to being capable of its "240 native refresh rate" My old samsung with a 60hz refresh is so much smoother and never lags when watching sports. Like anything...

We had a lot of trouble setting up our new tv to and Monique was a Rockstar and stayed on the phone for an hour with us...it works great! She's awesome!

Hello I need to return the TV I bought it's broken. I called. They tell me they will send me a response by email. It never arrives... supposedly it expires tomorrow... I bought it on September 5th it arrived on September 15th. We opened it yesterday and it's broken. They have to come and pick it up but you don't tell me the steps to follow.

GARBAGE
TCL is the worst brand I have ever purchased. Nothing, I repeat nothing functions properly on this television. The lag time is incredible. Powering on and off is a trick. It doesn't shut off for literally 2 to 3 minutes. Streaming is another nightmare, it buffers continually and freezes. Invest a little more and purchase a legitimate television.

Extremely DARK
Just dont do it. There is a reason its on sale. I promise you 100% regret it. Extremely dark and you cant correct it. Just dont do it.

Andy was my assistant and he did a great job of helping me figure out how to hook my Google TV up to my regular cable and fixed the pinkish screen that I had. He was very patient with me and I appreciated it.
