Hello, I need to return the TV I bought, it's broken. I called. They tell me they will send me a response by email. It never arrives... supposedly it expires tomorrow... I bought it on September 5th, it arrived on September 15th. We opened it yesterday and it's broken. They have to come and pick it up, but you don't tell me the steps to follow.
